Description
The house was designed for two people, but offers two more sleeping possibilities in the living area if needed. The living room, the kitchen and the dining area are open plan and have an exit to the terrace and the approx. 200 sqm garden. In the living area
there is a fireplace, a secretary cupboard, a sofa with a small table and two armchairs to make yourself comfortable.
The dining area has a table with four chairs and a small cupboard. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cooker with oven and the usual crockery and cutlery.
The modernly designed, almost barrier-free bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and a large flush-to-floor shower.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe and two bedside cabinets with lights.
Bed linen, towels, hairdryer, Wi-Fi and satellite TV are provided.

Location and surroundings of object
Schalksmühle is a nice community in the Sauerland region of the Mark Brandenburg, in the middle of the countryside and yet only a short distance from Lüdenscheid, Halver, Hagen or Dortmund. There are grocery shops, good restaurants, many leisure activities and lots of nature.

Worth a trip
We spent a relaxing week in the lovingly designed and very well-appointed holiday home. We were greeted warmly, making us feel very welcome. There were several beautiful excursion destinations nearby, even at this time of year. However, we also greatly appreciated the time spent in the lovely wooden house, with the cozy fire by the fireplace. We can truly recommend the holiday home!

Beautiful
The little house is beautiful. The landlords put a lot of effort into the equipment and paid attention to details. The contact with the landlords was very good, very fast and very friendly. The reception was warm and very nice. Everything worked out well and we liked everything very much. In the area you can start many beautiful hikes. Highly recommended.

Beautiful holiday apartment in the Sauerland region
Everything is great, beautiful, great atmosphere. Warm welcome upon arrival.
Cleanliness is top notch, price is right.
It was a pleasant, relaxing vacation.
If you love hiking tours and also plan to visit destinations along the Rhine, this house is the right starting point.
