This villa consists of a main house and a renovated annex. This makes the house ideal for several families with children. The house has a striking Franco-Belge design with beautiful paintings and portraits on the walls.
Tourrettes is a picturesque medieval village, surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards and olive trees. It offers spectacular views of the Côte d'Azur. Tourrettes is known for its charming cobbled streets, old houses and beautiful squares. The village has a rich history and offers numerous cultural attractions, such as the Romanesque church and the medieval city walls.
The living room is comfortably furnished with an attractive fireplace and large sofa. There is a staircase that leads to a spacious mezzanine, where you will find 2 workplaces at a spacious desk. There is a dining table that can be extended and more than enough tableware in different styles. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences while retaining the authentic kitchen cabinets. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers you the opportunity to prepare the tastiest meals independently. The bedrooms in the main building are connected via an internal door, which can also be closed.
The holiday home offers recreational opportunities for the children and is surrounded by a beautiful Provencal garden. To the right of the house you will find a jeu de boules court and a patch of grass with a goal for playing football. The beautiful swimming pool has a slope, can be heated (at an additional cost of 100 euros per week, except for the months of July and August when the pool is already at a nice temperature due to the nice weather) and it is equipped with a cover. All around you will find a terrace with sun loungers and parasols and on the house itself there is a covered terrace with a dining table, electric plancha and a refrigerator. Because the garden is built on different levels, we advise you to keep an eye on things if there are small children in the company. From the seating area under the Mûriers you can fully enjoy the beautiful sunset! Air conditioning is available in 1 bedroom, but the thick walls generally keep the house cool. There is a fan in the annex.
