The Villa Lou Cade suites 6 persons comfortably. All rooms open to the huge terraces of which one is covered and from where you access the pool area. Large Living/Dining room with original Provence-style fireplace and luxury open kitchen. One bedroom with double bed, private bath and direct access to the garden, a second bedroom with double bed and access to the terrace and a third bedroom with two single beds, lavabo and access to the terrace are at your disposal. A vast bathroom with double lavabo, tub, shower and WC as well as a separate WC. Take your meals on the large terrace (barbeque grill) and enjoy the sensational views of the southern Provence. Relax while reading or idling under the olive trees in the large garden or refresh yourself in your private swimming pool.

Seillans, named “village fleuri de France” is considered one of the most beautiful towns in France. Super relaxing
We enjoyed the Steiner family's holiday home in July 2018 and it was the most relaxing days we have had in a long time. The very tastefully furnished and very well equipped house with the varied garden and not least the view-protected pool offered our family of four (with two teenagers) enough retreats, but also plenty of space on the large terrace to eat together, barbecue, play and enjoy the view day and night! The surroundings are beautiful, the food in the south of France is very good anyway and if you do want to go on excursions, there are many interesting villages and towns within a short distance. We can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Lou Cade and the very nice service by Mr Steiner as well as on site!
PS The steep driveway was also easy to manage with our station wagon ;)

Dream house with beautiful garden and pool
At Villa Lou Cade, you immediately feel at home. The house, garden and pool are a perfect retreat, topped off with a great view of the countryside. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and there is a gas barbecue on the terrace for evening barbecues
Seillans is one of the most beautiful villages in France and there is much to discover in the area: great restaurants, markets, lakes and the sea.
We have stayed at Villa Lou Cade 3 times and can fully recommend it.

The house is excellently equipped and very tastefully furnished. The view from the terrace is unparalleled. The on-site support is excellent. The house is well suited for families, three couples, or a group of friends. For seniors and people with limited mobility, the steep driveway and steps in the garden could be problematic. The pool is not very large but is very suitable for children.

Quiet sunny vacation in Provence
The Villa Lou Cade is located very quietly on the outskirts of Seillans with a beautiful view of Seillans and the surrounding area. We enjoyed the meals on the terrace at any time. The children were thrilled with the refreshing pool. The house's equipment leaves nothing to be desired, so cooking and grilling were always a great joy for us. The on-site support was very good.
Seillans is a good starting point to explore the area by car (Nice, Monaco, Cannes). In the town, there is a small supermarket, small shops, and very delicious restaurants.

well equiped, perfectly placed ,charming villa with spectacular views
we enjoyed two weeks at lou Cade and recommend it ( not for small children).It is well eqipped, well laid, very clean and well organised. The view is wondeful and we nevere tired of looking over Seillans. There is a table and two chairs under the olive trees for a realxing glass of rose, or a patio which can be sunny or shaded as you wish. in walking distance of Seillans , with two very acceptable retaurants; Chez Hugo and Hotel des deux Rocs. Fayence with many restaurants is 5 minutes away. We enjoyed our holiday very much and hope to return. note drive is a bit steep.

Recreational area in southern France
The house Lou Cade offers a breathtaking view over the valley and the village of Seillans. The bright house is very modern, functional, and lovingly furnished, providing everything you need for a successful holiday. Wieder ein Traum
Since we were so impressed by the house, location, and amenities during our first stay, we visited Loucade for the second time after 18 months. It was fantastic again. At the end of April, there were hardly any tourists in the hinterland, and even in Nice and St. Tropez, it was pleasantly quiet.

Pure relaxation and enjoyment
The stunning view of Seillans, the enchanting sunsets, the extremely tastefully and practically furnished house, the small pool and the well-kept garden made our holiday perfect. We felt very comfortable in Villa Lou Cade. We enjoyed the different cozy corners around the house, made interesting trips to the surrounding area, and took beautiful walks around Seillans. Three good restaurants in Seillans and a variety in the surrounding area leave no culinary desires unfulfilled. We will definitely return to this area and Villa Lou Cade!
