The luxury and contemporary architectural design of Villa Andoris, with 300 sqm of living area, is perched above Duce village on a 610 sqm fenced plot. The villa is located only 650m from the sandy beach and it features an unimpeded view of the seaside, islands, and town of Omiš from its abundance of full-length windows through the living and sleeping area. It can accommodate 8 people in 4 en-suite bedrooms, with a fully equipped and modern kitchen, a well equipped Gym, Finnish Sauna and a Jacuzzi (a Hot-Tub) in a Spa zone, Sonos speakers for music lovers, a heated private pool and a very spacious living area with sea views from every corner of the property. Villa Andoris is a fully air-conditioned property (a Daikin heating, cooling, and, hot water solution that combine renewable and traditional energy sources, as an efficient and green solution), with free WiFi.
Luxury Villa Andoris features greater square footage, luxe amenities and features, premium materials, and quality finishing providing you with a very comfortable stay. Following all, each guest will be provided with L`Occitane skincare products together with a bathrobe and slippers for their use. The sunrise and sunset views from the whole property are breathtaking, so go ahead and book your luxury retreat with all offered exclusively for you.
From the private parking lot that can take more than 4 cars (one garage space), with video surveillance, you are entering and taking an indoor staircase at the bedroom level on the first floor, downstairs to the living pool (ground floor level). There is also an outdoor staircase from the parking lot down to the ground floor level – the pool area.
Here is the detailed floor organization:
* The Ground floor outdoor offers - a private, infinity, and heated Swimming pool 12m x 3m (36sqm) with a Chlorine-Free water system that is gentle and much healthier for your body, please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed, it is equipped with a Waterfall and Massage jets. The sundeck area is spacious and offers several relaxing corners, 6 deck chairs, an outdoor Baldahin, a covered lounge corner, and an outdoor dining area with a Napoleon gas Grill with a kitchen worktop with a sink next to it. There is also an outdoor shower and an outdoor table tennis (garage level). The panoramic sea views from the pool area are breathtaking. The pool area can be directly approached from the Gym, Spa, Kitchen/living room, and Bedroom No.1.
* The Ground floor indoor (154sqm) offers - a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and it has all the amenities a modern guest needs for a comfortable stay (wine cooler, ice maker, Julius coffeemaker...), dining area, living area with a water vapor fireplace, very comfortable sofa, a flat-screen smart TV, Sonos speakers, A/C, free WiFi, floor-to-ceiling glazing doors toward the pool area. There is also a Gym with a Treadmill, Multi-Station Weight Bench and Weights, A/C, and an exit toward the pool area, connected is a play zone area with a sofa with a flats screen TV with a PlayStation 5 for younger generations. On the other side of the living area is a Bedroom No1 (25sqm) with a king size 180cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and exit toward the pool area. The Spa with floor heating offers a Finnish sauna, a Jacuzzi (a hot tub), a bathroom with a shower, A/C, lounge corner, and a direct approach toward the pool area. There is also a separate toilet, and a nicely decorated Laundry with a washing machine, a dryer, and ironing amenities.
* The First floor offers a stylish office with an office table, a chair, and a TV, so if you have some work to do, there is a very cute corner for you. Bedroom No.2 (22 sqm) with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and amazing views of the sea. Master Bedroom No.3 (28 sqm) with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with outdoor furniture and sea views. Bedroom No.4 (22 sqm) also with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower and sea views.
