This beautiful detached villa features a private outdoor swimming pool. The villa's furnishings are very complete and modern. You have a spacious living room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area, 4 bedrooms with king-size bed, 4 en-suite bathrooms, 1 additional bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 additional half-bath, a relaxation room and a utility room. Total living area is 230m2. Villa was built on a plot of 500m2.
Villa is recommended for 10 persons.
Villa Leonore consists of 2 floors. The ground floor is designed as an open-plan space for socializing. On the ground floor is spacious living room and kitchen with dining area, overlooking the pool. The kitchen is modern furnished and fully equipped. Guests prepare their own meals. Dining area has a large wooden table for 8 people. In the living room is a 65 inch flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and a HDMI cable for connecting your portable devices like laptop and watching your media content on big screen. There are 5 bedrooms in the villa. Four bedrooms have en-suite bathroom, king-size bed (180x200 cm) and smart TV. One of bedrooms is located on the ground floor. Fifth bedroom has 2 single beds 80x200 cm and a shabby chic desk. All the rooms are equipped with an individually adjustable air conditioning system. All bedrooms on the first floor have access to the balcony. 3 bedrooms have south orientation and direct access to the sunny southern balcony of 23m2. One of bedrooms is oriented east and has its own small balcony of 3m2 from which guests can enjoy beautiful mountain view and morning sunrise while sipping coffee or tea. Relaxation room has a bathtub, a lounger and a stationary bike. There is also guests toilet on the ground floor and the utility room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Outside, you have a large semi-covered terrace with patio furniture for al-fresco dining, loungers and beach towels for sunbathing and a private heated swimming pool of 24 sqm (8x3m) with temperature from 25 to 30 degrees Celsius. The pool is open from 1st of May until 31st of October. The pool has easy entry pool stairs and an outdoor shower. You also have charcoal BBQ at disposal. There are 3 parking places on site. The property is completely fenced and is therefore suitable for children. In short, all needed for a memorable holiday.

Location and surroundings of object
Villa Leonore is situated in a quiet residential area, close to the coast. Just 150 m away (2 min walk), is a beautiful sandy beach and sea. The beach is gently sloping which makes it suitable for young children. This part of the coast is famous for its fine sand and clear water. Perfect for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. The location ensures that everything is within reach. Your villa is situated close to the historic medieval town of Omis (1 km away or 10 minutes walk) which is located in a magnificent canyon where emerald green river flows into the blue sea, surrounded by steep cliffs. Above the town, pirate fortresses from the old times can be seen. There are numerous authentic taverns and restaurants in the old town centre. Supermarket is 600 meters away.

There are plenty of things to do nearby. Take your time to wander through the lovely, narrow streets of town or try hiking nearby mountains and to the fortresses. Expect a breathtaking view. Enjoy a nice walk along the beach or take 1-day boat excursions to nearby islands. Try some of the water sports offered on the beach or try adrenaline sports around the town. Specialized tourist agencies in Omis can organize for you all sorts of activities (kayaking, rafting, free climbing, zip line, hiking). There are dozens of attractive cycling routes around. Also, visit the city of Split (20 km away) with its historic center. Split is a cultural metropolis and UNSECO heritage site with preserved Diocletian's Palace and temples from Roman times. You can watch change of Roman Emperor guard every day at 12 o'clock on main square in the Palace.

We provide you with bath and beach towels, hand towels, toilet paper and hand soap. You have hair dryer, washing machine, laundry detergent, iron and ironing board at disposal. We offer bed linen change through a handover on a weekly basis. On request, we can provide a baby crib and a high chair. Two bicycles will be at your disposal, free of charge.
The final price includes all expenses: taxes, final cleaning, bed linen, towels and energy costs. Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and parking are for free.
Damage deposit is 500 € and it is paid on site upon arrival, in cash only. Damage deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the villa.
We provide attentive service yet do not disturb your privacy. At the arrival, you will be given brochures from local touristic offices with the most important local attractions and activities, so that you can plan active holiday on your own. Since you will be staying in the villa alone, you can contact us by mobile phone. Any arrival of the staff for the purpose of regular maintenance of the pool or other facilities will be always announced. Please respect our property, equipment, furnishing and neighborhood. The noise is not permitted. Please turn off all electrical appliances (TV, air-conditioning, etc.) when you are not at home.

Just a beautiful, beautiful villa!
We had an amazing stay at Villa Leonore in August. The communications from Mirna ahead of our stay were fab, with loads of top tips of things to do, and then when we got there her lovely dad greeted us and showed us around. They were both so kind and helpful to us and we really felt they looked after us and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The villa itself was just amazing, surpassing all our expectations. It was really spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly well equipped. The pool was lovely with plenty of sun beds for everyone and a lovely outdoor dining table we spent a lot of time at! It’s exactly as it looks on the photos and between us we couldn’t find anything to fault- it’s the nicest accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. We were a group of 3 families with teenagers and found it to be a fantastic location, with the sandy beach of Duće only 5 mins walk from the villa, with some lovely beach cafes etc, the beautiful town of Omis around a 20 minute walk where we went white water rafting and zip lining as well as exploring the old town and climbing the fortress- there’s plenty to do and loads of places to eat/drink. We also got the bus to Split- (2 mins to bus stop) -a bigger city and we were glad we’d opted to stay outside of the main city, but it’s definitely worth exploring, there are many beautiful things to see, and we also got the ferry from Split to beautiful Hvar town. The only downside to the stay was that we only had 5 days here! Thank you Mirna and Philippe for everything, we have amazing memories we will cherish. X

Wszystko na 6+
Bardzo ładna willa przestronna i zadbana .
Pokoje są bardzo ładne klimatyzowane z łazienkami.
Dodatkowo możliwość dostawienia łóżeczek dla dzieci .
Salon z kuchnią bardzo duży wyposażony w absolutnie wszystko !!
Willa posiada wszystko co potrzebujemy na codzień ( pralkę , żelazko , deskę do prasowania , odkurzacz , chemię i kosmetyki itp .)
Basen jest bardzo ładny wystarczający dla użytkowników całej willi .
Jest tez grill , rowery itp.
Z willi do pięknej płazy jest zaledwie kilka minut spacerem rownież do sklepów i restauracji oraz urokliwego miasteczka Omiš.
Właściciele willi są bardzo mili i pomocni można na nich liczyć w każdej sytuacji ...
W Willi Leonore spędziliśmy bardzo miło czas z rodzinną i dziećmi .
Polecamy serdecznie .... piękne miejsce na spędzenie urlopu .

Wunderschlnes Ferienhaus
Ich habe mich in das Haus verliebt. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Gute lage. Super nette Besitzer. Kann das Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Das große Highlight war für uns und unsere Kindern der Pool. Wir konnten auch beim schlechten wetter baden.
