This comfortable apartment is located in Résidence Winterberg, one building with eleven apartments spread over four floors. Because of the location on a hill, two of the four floors are lower than the entrance level. It is located 1.6km from Winterberg's cosy and lively centre and about 500m from the first ski lift.
The apartments are modern and comfortably furnished. In the living room, there is a TV. The open kitchen has an oven, microwave and dishwasher, among other things. There are two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, which may be set up as a double bed. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There also is a second bathroom. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower and toilet. Outside you will find a balcony or terrace with garden furniture. From the terrace/balcony you can enjoy a view of the hilly landscape of Winterberg.
In each apartment you'll find a high chair and a cot. For each apartment, there's one parking space at the residence. It is also possible to park the car in the public parking spaces (please note there may be a parking fee).
In Résidence Winterberg, various apartments can be booked for four to eight people.

Location and surroundings of object
Résidence Winterberg, which opened its doors in 2016, is situated on the edge of the well-known (skiing) town of Winterberg. You'll find all facilities you may need in the town centre, which is around 1.5km away. This hillside resort consists of 11 apartments, each sleeping 6 to 8 people. The small-scale complex has four floors. There's a communal sauna and a ski-storage area.
At the back of your resort, you've got nature right on your doorstep. Winterberg is part of the Sauerland skiing area. This consists of 150 ski lifts and a network of 300km of ski pistes and cross-country trails. An ideal destination for an active winter holiday! But there's plenty to do in and around Winterberg in summer, too. Mountain biking, hiking or simply relaxing in one of the many wellness facilities are just a few of the many options. The beautiful scenery and lovely restaurants and terraces complete the picture.
Each apartment comes with its own parking space for one car. Any additional cars must be parked at the parking lot outside City Hall (300m from your accommodation). This is paid parking during the winter season, but free the rest of the year. Should the City Council decide to change their parking regulations, you won't be able to derive any rights from the above description.
