The house "Ingrina Sea View" is a detached, two-storey house in the small housing estate Ingrina Sol (Cerro do Homem), in the centre of the natural park "Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina".
On the ground floor are the kitchen, 2 of the bedrooms, a bathroom, guest WC, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as the spacious living/dining area with fireplace and access to the large south-facing terrace.
Thanks to the pleasant climate, the spacious terrace with large dining table, barbecue, hammock, pool (which can be fenced off if required) and pool loungers is ideal for use. From here you also have a wonderful view over the unspoilt landscape of the nature park as far as the sea.
On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with an adjoining daylight bathroom, a small storage room with another washing machine and a roof terrace. For children and teenagers, 2 extra beds can be set up here if required and with prior notification, and a baby cot is also available.
Both the ground floor and the upper floor are equipped with air conditioning (with heating and cooling function).

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located on the southern edge of the small settlement of Ingrina Sol (Cerro do Homem) in the centre of the natural park "Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina".
The unspoilt view extends across the landscape of the nature park directly to the south coast.
Numerous hiking trails start directly at the house, which invite you either to short walks, hikes of several hours or to visit the nearest beach Ingrina (within walking distance in about 15 minutes).
The west coast can be reached by car in 10 minutes and, with its numerous beaches such as Amado, Castelejo and Cordoama, is not only popular with surfers. Its long beaches also offer plenty of space to spend the whole day on the beach during the holiday season.
A visit to Cabo Sao Vicente with its imposing lighthouse is highly recommended. This is the most south-westerly point in Europe and can be reached in around 15 minutes by car. Also plan a visit at sunset time!
The city of Lagos can be reached in approx. 20 minutes by car. Imposing city walls and gates, a marina, countless restaurants and shops are just waiting to be discovered.
Golfers only have a 10-minute drive to one of the most beautiful golf courses in the Algarve.
Dolphin-watching boat trips can be booked in both Lagos and Sagres.
