This beautiful freestanding holiday home with swimming pool is suitable for 2 - 6 persons (maximum 4 adults and 2 children) and is located in the center of Sagres in a quiet street. The house was built in 2005 so that the house and the furnishings are in a first class condition. In the immediate vicinity are good restaurants, supermarkets, a bakery, butcher and a market hall. The unique beaches of the Algarve are only 300 - 400 meters away and are within walking distance. The house has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 single beds (180 x 200 cm / 2 x 90 x 200m), a living room with an additional sleeping couch (140 x 190 cm), satellite TV, WiFi and stereo system, a dining room with a large dining area For 6 persons, a large kitchen with all modern facilities and appliances, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as 2 bathrooms with shower, WC and bidet. 2 large roof terraces allow sunshine from morning to night. The house has a large roofed garden terrace as well as a well-kept garden with swimming pool (4 x 7 m) and pool shower. The numerous garden and terrace furniture are made of high quality teak wood. There is also a large barbecue.

The house is run in German. Sheets and towels are provided and changed weekly. After 8 days, if necessary, an interim cleaning of the house. 20% of the rent is for the booking, the remaining 80% 4 weeks before departure. A security deposit of 300, - ? applicable, the end of the trip will be refunded immediately by transfer back.

Absolute dream house
The check-in was smooth. The location in Sagres to the beaches and restaurants is excellent. The house and the pool are in very good condition. The landlord is very reliable and friendly. It is quiet. Perfect for couples and families. We will definitely come back.

We are a family from Korschenbroich near Dusseldorf and we have already years ago in the place Sagres with the unique landscape in love. In 2005, we decided to build an individual holiday home there. The house was lovingly planned and professionally built. Since we can only use the house 1 or 2 times a year for professional reasons, we decided to rent.
