Description
Our newly renovated holiday home is located on the sunny island of Fischland-Darß-Zingst on the Baltic Sea, directly in the old town centre of Zingst.
Around the terraced houses there is enough space to let off steam, for the little ones there is a swing on the property.
One - max. 2 car parking spaces are directly in front of the house.
Garden furniture is available on the terrace.
2 sun loungers and a parasol are in the shed.
On the ground floor you will find the living area with kitchen, a guest toilet and a spacious hallway.
On the upper floor you will find 2 bedrooms. The children's room is equipped with
the children's room is equipped with 2 beds + 1 additional pull-out and the bedroom with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with shower. The sauna is also located on the upper floor. There is a charge for using the sauna, keep 2€ coins ready. 2€ = 60min
The washing machine in the basement can also be used at any time for a fee. Euro coins & detergent are to be brought along.

Location and surroundings of object
The Baltic Sea island is located in Mecklenburg/Vorpommern and is km away from the Hanseatic city of Rostock and about 35 km from the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. Fischland-Darß-Zingst is a peninsula with picturesque little fishing villages. The house is located in the old centre of the village in a residential area.
It can be reached by car, and there is a parking space right next to the house.
Zingst lies directly on the nature reserve.
The entire island can be easily explored by bicycle. Zingst is an old fishing village with a harbour and direct access to the beach. There are various shops in the centre of the village, which are open during spa hours. Of course also at !
You can do without a car completely, everything can be explored very well on foot or by bike.
Bicycles can be rented at reasonable prices in the village.
Restaurants and bars invite you to explore the nightlife. In autumn there is the annual crane spectacle directly over Zingst. Thousands of cranes come to a nearby island, where they gather to continue their journey south.
In summer, the wide, fine-sand beach invites you to take extensive sunbaths. The Baltic Sea is refreshing as usual.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

Holiday in Zingst - a dream
The holiday home was furnished by the Martens family with a lot of love (I personally found the photos by Mr Martens very beautiful). Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday was there. Starting with the furnishings in the house (fully equipped kitchen, the bedrooms and the bathroom). Everything was thought of. What we also found really great was the garden house belonging to the house, which is equipped with wheels and what was very useful for us, the handcart :-). Unfortunately, the holiday went by much too quickly. But we will be very happy to come to you again at "Lütt Eckhus". See you next time.

Very cosy and well equipped holiday flat!
By chance we found your holiday flat on the internet and were very taken by the good reviews and the pictures
We can only agree with the other positive reviews! We lacked nothing! From the dishes to the lovely furnishings to the handcart, drying rack and barbecue, the accommodation left nothing to be desired

There is nothing missing!
We really enjoyed our stay at "Lütt Eckhus" this time as well, the new, beautifully renovated bathroom and sauna were particularly pleasant. The landlord promptly implemented our suggestion for a shelf in the downstairs guest toilet through Mr. Martens. The entire house is tidy and well-maintained. After 2017 and 2018, we will definitely come back. We can only recommend the house.

Our holiday in Lütt Eckhus, Zingst
The house has everything you need for a nice holiday. The furnishing is very advantageous and cosy, everything in the kitchen is also top, terrace, bicycles, sauna, parking - no wishes remain unfulfilled.
There is also enough space for 4 adults.
A very good address for a nice holiday.

Urlaub in Zingst
Great vacation, great accommodation, the equipment of the holiday home corresponds to the description and is in excellent condition. Due to the central location, the beach, shopping facilities, and attractions in the village and on the island can be reached in no time with the available bicycles. The location of the house is in a very quiet environment. Entertainment options and events, of course, depend on the exploratory spirit of each individual. We will definitely come back.
