3 bathrooms and WiFi.( 1 of the bedrooms and bathroom is on the ground floor) Garden 4000m2.
The barn has a carport for 2 cars, storage for bikes and a lounge with table tennis. The large, sunny south-facing terrace offers a beautiful view.
In the garden there are two picnic tables and a barbecue for outdoor meals in summer.
The village of Groede, voted the most beautiful village in Zeeland in 2013, is only a few minutes' walk (800 m) from the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The wide sandy beaches in the area are among the cleanest in the Netherlands. There are many footpaths in the immediate vicinity that connect to cycle paths along the coast. A bicycle/foot ferry connects West-Zeeuws-Vlaanderen with the island of Walcheren so that a cycle trip to that island is also possible.
