The vacation home is located in a quiet residential area, just 1 minute from the Isar, where you can directly start your walk or hike.
You can park either on Kresenzerweg or at the free parking lot at the ice stadium (free of charge).
It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to walk to the center, to stroll, sit in a cafe, or go out to eat.

Wellness vacation in Mittenwald – Absolutely recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a fantastic stay at the Carola 2 vacation apartment and can only highly recommend it.
What we particularly liked:
Top location: The apartment is the perfect starting point to explore Mittenwald. You can quickly reach the historic town center, but still have the necessary peace to truly unwind. Hiking trails start practically at the front door.
Smooth booking: Everything went like clockwork in advance. The booking process was uncomplicated, transparent, and completed very quickly.
First-class support: A special thank you goes to the property management, Ms. Wurmer. We felt well taken care of from the very beginning. She is warm, professional, and ensures that you feel welcome as a guest right away.
Conclusion:
Anyone looking for a cozy, well-located accommodation with excellent service is exactly right here. We will definitely be happy to return!

How to get home?
Carola II is a cozy, tastefully, and flexibly furnished apartment that creates a homely feeling. Handmade pottery products as well as beloved Gmunden dishes perfectly complement the Bavarian-modern decor.
Our credo: Arrive and feel good.
The possibility of enjoying delicious coffee from the Nespresso machine invites you to linger in your own four walls.
We have been here so often and we miss nothing here. On the contrary, now we had the pleasure of shopping at the new supermarket, which is just a 2-minute walk away.
Also, the always warm welcome greetings and the great commitment from Silvie Wurmer always increase our anticipation. Soon (in 175 days) we will come back.
And as every time, saying goodbye was hard for us?

House also highly recommended with dog
The house and the garden have certainly aged a bit. The house is located directly on the Isar. We are here for the 5th time with a dog. The apartments are furnished in an IKEA style. Top clean, top care/contact person. The lower apartment has a small garden, the upper one has a balcony. The lower apartment has a very good kitchen, dishwasher, and microwave. Unfortunately, both are missing in the upper apartment. Parking is available directly in front of the house. Recently, there is a large EDEKA store with a bakery 5 minutes on foot.
We will come back next year.

Auch die Hinweise zur Lage direkt an der Isar, zu den Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus sowie zur fußläufigen Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit Bäcker sind für zukünftige Gäste sicher hilfreich. Dass Sie die Ausstattung der unteren Wohnung mit Küche, Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle positiv hervorheben, freut uns ebenfalls.
Unsere beiden Wohnungen unterscheiden sich bewusst in Größe, Zuschnitt und Ausstattung, sodass Gäste – je nach Wunsch – zwischen Garten oder Balkon sowie unterschiedlicher Küchenausstattung wählen können.
Dass Sie bereits wieder für nächstes Jahr gebucht haben, nehmen wir als großes Vertrauen wahr. Wir bedanken uns dafür und freuen uns, Sie und Ihren Vierbeiner erneut bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.
