Description

Dear guests !
Awaiting you is a lovingly furnished holiday flat with a magical panoramic view of the Wetterstein Mountains and the Karwendel.
From there you can start your hikes - on foot or by bike.
Back from your excursion, you can then end the day with a glass of Mittenwald beer on the terrace at sunset. You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you on request. You can walk your dog along the Isar river in just a minute.
The flat is very well equipped: terrace and natural garden, living room with archway to the bedroom, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub and shower wall, exhibits of South German arts and crafts.

The vacation home is located in a quiet residential area, just 1 minute from the Isar river, where you can start your walk or hike directly.
You can park either on Kresenzerweg or at the free parking lot at the ice stadium (free).
It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to walk to the center, to stroll around, sit in a cafe, or go out to eat.

Beautiful and cozy holiday apartment with a view of the Karwendel Mountains.

We were thrilled with the vacation apartment Carola 1; it was very clean and cozy, the location excellent, and the view of the Karwendel mountains directly from the kitchen window was simply dreamy! During my search for accommodation in Mittenwald, I came across the clear website where you can quickly find all the necessary information and book an apartment. I knew right away that I wanted to stay here. The communication with Mrs. Wurmer was very pleasant. We spent three wonderful days in this beautiful place and take memories with us that will accompany us for a long time. Absolutely recommended! We will definitely come back! Perfect?

We had a completely lovely stay in this vacation apartment. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the handover by the landlady was exceptionally nice and warm.

The apartment is well-equipped – it really has everything you need for daily needs. We were especially thrilled by the beautiful view: From the terrace, you enjoy the view of the mountains, and from the kitchen window, you can even see the Karwendel. Simply dreamy! A parking lot is located directly in front of the house, and shopping options are also conveniently reachable on foot – the nearest Edeka is only about 300 meters away.

We were already here 8 years ago and will definitely come back. The many beautiful hiking trails and the wonderful landscape are simply inviting to fall in love with. From the apartment, everything can be reached very well on short paths. A heartfelt thank you to the landlord for the friendly support – we felt very welcome!

Very good

In a quiet location, but close to the train station, supermarket, and center. The apartment offers enough space for two people to spend their time cooking, eating, watching TV, and reading very comfortably. The kitchen is quite well equipped. My sister and I spent a very pleasant week there. The owner has been very nice and helpful.

Sweet bright apartment, friendly reception

We felt completely comfortable! Sylvia Wurmer was very accessible to us and gave us tips for hiking. Since we left our car this time, the proximity to the train station and the nearest supermarket was great! From the living room, you can see the nearest mountain peaks, the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Great stay!

Holiday apartment

This is our second time here with our dog. It is truly wonderful here. The vacation apartment is very clean and well-equipped. The garden is completely fenced, which is great since the dog can move around freely. Mrs. Wurmer is incredibly friendly, and you can approach her with any requests. The landscape is simply stunning. You can start many hikes directly from the vacation apartment without having to drive anywhere first. Definitely recommendable. ☺️ We will come back.

A big shout-out to the landlord. She was very nice and took great care of us. We felt completely comfortable. The apartment was centrally located. One could quickly walk to the city. Beautiful vacation apartment
