Location between beach and marina
Only a few steps separate you from the golden south beach, where your own beach chair awaits you during the season. A short walk and you'll feel the sand between your toes and hear the sound of the Baltic Sea.
The apartment is perfectly located between the lively Burgtiefe marina and the popular south beach. At the harbor, just one kilometer away, you'll find not only public barbecue areas and the new observation tower, but also cozy cafés and restaurants.
Ideal for families: Several children's playgrounds are located in the immediate vicinity. Water sports enthusiasts can reach the surf and kite schools as well as pedal boat rentals in just a few minutes. The famous submarine in Burgstaaken and many other are within easy reach.
The town center of Burg with its shops is only 3.3 km away. The Marine Center and Galileo Science World are about 4 km away.

The comfortable double bed in the living-bedroom is positioned directly facing the balcony door. This way you can wake up to the sight of passing seagulls, provided you leave the blackout curtains open. A comfortable extra bed is available for a third person.
The small but well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious vacation meals. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony, prepare a light lunch at noon, and listen to the sound of the sea with a glass of wine in the evening.
The bathroom completes the thoughtful amenities of this apartment. After a day at the beach, the shower refreshes you before you make yourself comfortable on the balcony again.

The vacation home is located directly on the fine-grained southern beach of the island of Fehmarn in Burgtiefe. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig!

Das Bad ist eine einzige Katastrophe , Schimmel in der Dusche , Fussbodenfliesen dreckig (schwarz) in den Fugen ! Es steht viel zu viel rum, dass man da überhaupt richtig sauber machen kann! Man kann kein Fenster auf machen, lauter Mücken auf dem Balkon und kein Fliegennetz davor sowie überall Spinnweben! Kücheneinrichtung ist sehr spartanisch , keine Filtertüten …. usw.! Wir würden diese Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen ! Positiv zu benennen, ist der Ausblick und der Strandkorb! Sind sehr enttäuscht, weil die Bilder im Internet einen anderen Eindruck abgeben, wahrscheinlich vor Jahren im Neuzustand fotografiert!!!!

Beautiful apartment!

Very beautiful and modernly furnished apartment, nice view of the Baltic Sea. Very good amenities including Wi-Fi. Extremely comfortable bed! I lacked nothing, and on top of that, the nice new beach chair included. Thank you!

Cancellation terms

Before the start of the booked appointment, you can withdraw from the rental agreement at any time by written declaration. To avoid misunderstandings, this is only possible in writing or by email, not by telephone. Our claim to the agreed payment remains, even if you do not start your vacation, and the reasons for not starting are irrelevant. Cancellations are only possible for the entire period. Partial cancellation is not allowed! In case of withdrawal, our standardized claim for cost reimbursement in percent of the rental sum is as follows: - up to 42 days before the start of the trip 0% of the travel amount - from the 41st day before the start of the trip 50% of the travel amount - from the 21st day before the start of the trip 100% of the travel amount - in case of no-show, the entire rent is due. If the property can be re-rented under the same conditions in case of short notice non-use, the tenant has a reasonable additional effort flat rate of 15% of the proportional rental price. A flat rate of €25.00 is charged for rebookings (only possible in the same fiscal year). If the rental duration remains the same or the rental price remains the same or higher, no further costs will be incurred. If the rental price is reduced, in addition to the rebooking flat rate, 15% of the difference will be calculated as a processing flat rate. The flat-rate calculated damages for rental loss and additional effort can be reduced by re-renting or saved expenditures. You have the option to provide proof of lesser damage. If you do not arrive without prior written cancellation, our claim to payment of the full rental amount including all additional costs remains. In this case, the tenant has no right to settle the cancellation fees according to the above-mentioned percentage scaling. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with your insurer.
