In this cozy vacation home, you will find your living room in one room, with a cozy double bed and dining table. So it is the perfect starting point for your trips to the beach and across the island.
The kitchen, with its 2 hotplates, is ideal to prepare many delicacies that you can enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you have been to the beach and want to wash off the sand and salt water, the bathroom with a spacious shower awaits you to freshen up.
And in the evening, you can make yourself comfortable in the comfortable bed and watch your favorite series before slowly sailing off to sleep. Of course, you can also look out over the marina while breathing in the fresh sea air and listening to the calls of the seagulls.
Location and exterior description of the vacation home at the marina
The apartment is located on the 1st floor in the "Arne Jacobsen Settlement" on the south beach Burgtiefe with a view to the marina. Arne Jacobsen is a famous architect from Denmark, who designed all the buildings from the IFA Fehmarn Hotel to the buildings at the yacht harbor.
To the fine sand beach it is less than 5 minutes walk and also the newly built promenade along the Burger See is perfect for a relaxed stroll. In addition, you will find numerous barbecue areas, which you can use day and night.
And in the immediate vicinity there are still many different shopping opportunities, restaurants, bars and cafés where you can enjoy yourself. You can also get to Burgstaaken or the city center of Burg in just a few minutes, where more restaurants, activities and stores are waiting for you if you ever get tired of the beach.

To the finesand beach it is less than five minutes walk from the Inselblume 73, you can see the marina directly from the apartment. Also, various shopping facilities gastronomic offers and a café are located in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached. Most stores are also open on Sundays. A surfing school (standard and kite surfing) is also part of the area, so that active travelers will also get their money's worth.

actually very good

The apartment was actually very good, just minor things, such as the completely missing supply of toilet paper or trash bags, were a bit annoying, as these had to be obtained shortly after arrival.

Cancellation terms

Before the start of the booked appointment, you can withdraw from the rental agreement at any time by written declaration. To avoid misunderstandings, this is only possible in writing or by email, not by telephone. Our claim to the agreed payment remains, even if you do not start your vacation, and the reasons for not starting are irrelevant. Cancellations are only possible for the entire period. Partial cancellation is not allowed! In case of withdrawal, our standardized claim for cost reimbursement in percent of the rental sum is as follows: - up to 42 days before the start of the trip 0% of the travel amount - from the 41st day before the start of the trip 50% of the travel amount - from the 21st day before the start of the trip 100% of the travel amount - in case of no-show, the entire rent is due. If the property can be re-rented under the same conditions in case of short notice non-use, the tenant has a reasonable additional effort flat rate of 15% of the proportional rental price. A flat rate of €25.00 is charged for rebookings (only possible in the same fiscal year). If the rental duration remains the same or the rental price remains the same or higher, no further costs will be incurred. If the rental price is reduced, in addition to the rebooking flat rate, 15% of the difference will be calculated as a processing flat rate. The flat-rate calculated damages for rental loss and additional effort can be reduced by re-renting or saved expenditures. You have the option to provide proof of lesser damage. If you do not arrive without prior written cancellation, our claim to payment of the full rental amount including all additional costs remains. In this case, the tenant has no right to settle the cancellation fees according to the above-mentioned percentage scaling. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with your insurer.
