This cozy 29 m² vacation apartment for up to 3 guests is just a short walk from Südstrand beach. Here you'll enjoy wonderful views of the marina and the perfect location between the Baltic Sea and Lake Burger Binnensee. Ideal for couples or small families who want to experience the maritime flair of Burgtiefe.
Location between Marina and Baltic Sea
Your vacation apartment is located at Stranddistelweg 55 on the first floor of an apartment building in the famous Arne Jacobsen development. The Danish star architect shaped the entire district at Südstrand with his characteristic buildings.
From here it's only 820 meters to the fine sandy Südstrand beach. In the morning, you can walk to the sea in your swimwear without worrying about parking spaces. Public barbecue areas at the marina are perfect for balmy summer evenings.
After just 1.2 km you'll reach the lively harbor of Burgstaaken. Here you'll find fresh fish straight from the trawler, cozy restaurants and exciting attractions like the submarine museum. End your day in one of the beach bars and watch the sun paint the sky in warm orange tones.
The town center of Burg with its shops and cafés is 3.4 km away. Fehmarn offers numerous for every taste. The Meereszentrum aquarium (4.4 km) and Galileo Wissenswelt (4.3 km) are fascinating even on rainy days.

The bright living and bedroom offers a large double bed and a comfortable sofa bed. Here you can relax after beach days, read a good book or simply enjoy the harbor view. The northeast orientation provides pleasant morning light.

Location and surroundings of object

The vacation home is in a central location in Burgtiefe between the marina and the south beach. The apartment is the perfect starting point to take advantage of the varied surroundings on foot. The marina is less than 5 minutes away, where you can watch ships arriving and departing. The nearest beach is also just a few minutes away. The beautiful and lively beach promenade with its numerous cafés, bars and restaurants invites you to stroll and stop for a bite to eat.

A great apartment

A classy apartment, with everything you need. Stylish, timelessly furnished, we felt very comfortable. We were 2 adults with our son and had enough space to sleep, play, and relax ... a beautiful view of the harbor in Burgtiefe, and only 2 minutes to the south beach, what more could you want. The team at Inselblume is also super friendly and helpful ... we would love to come back.

Cancellation terms

Before the start of the booked appointment, you can withdraw from the rental agreement at any time by written declaration. To avoid misunderstandings, this is only possible in writing or by email, not by telephone. Our claim to the agreed payment remains, even if you do not start your vacation, and the reasons for not starting are irrelevant. Cancellations are only possible for the entire period. Partial cancellation is not allowed! In case of withdrawal, our standardized claim for cost reimbursement in percent of the rental sum is as follows: - up to 42 days before the start of the trip 0% of the travel amount - from the 41st day before the start of the trip 50% of the travel amount - from the 21st day before the start of the trip 100% of the travel amount - in case of no-show, the entire rent is due. If the property can be re-rented under the same conditions in case of short notice non-use, the tenant has a reasonable additional effort flat rate of 15% of the proportional rental price. A flat rate of €25.00 is charged for rebookings (only possible in the same fiscal year). If the rental duration remains the same or the rental price remains the same or higher, no further costs will be incurred. If the rental price is reduced, in addition to the rebooking flat rate, 15% of the difference will be calculated as a processing flat rate. The flat-rate calculated damages for rental loss and additional effort can be reduced by re-renting or saved expenditures. You have the option to provide proof of lesser damage. If you do not arrive without prior written cancellation, our claim to payment of the full rental amount including all additional costs remains. In this case, the tenant has no right to settle the cancellation fees according to the above-mentioned percentage scaling. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with your insurer.
