Here you can experience Fehmarn at its best: greet the sun with coffee in hand in the morning and listen to the waves in the evening as the day winds down comfortably.
Location in the Arne Jakobsen Settlement at South Beach
Only a few steps separates you from the popular South Beach. A short walk through the characteristic Arne Jakobsen settlement on Strandhaferweg 65 and you're standing with your feet in the sand. The waves are rushing, the seagulls are calling, and everyday life suddenly feels very far away.
The new observation tower at the Burgtiefe marina awaits your visit in the immediate vicinity. The Charchulla water sports school is also just a stone's throw away. The famous Charchulla twins founded it in 1975 and even crossed the English Channel on a mono-surfboard that same year.
On foot or by bike, you can easily reach Burgstaaken (just over 1 km) with its lively harbor or cycle leisurely along the inland lake to Burg. The island capital with its many restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities is only about 3.5 km away. Perfect for those who like to explore the .

Upon entering, you are welcomed by the spacious kitchen where cooking together becomes a pleasure. Here you'll find everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. Completely renovated in 2022, the apartment impresses with its modern, bright furnishings and has had high-speed WiFi since 2023.

The cozy bathroom with shower-bath offers enough space for refreshing moments after a day at the beach. In the separate bedroom, two single beds ensure restful nights while the fresh sea breeze blows through the open window.
The centerpiece is the spacious, light-flooded living room with a comfortable double bed. From here you have direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the warm sun and let your gaze wander over the sea. A private parking space nearby completes the offer.

Situated between the fine-grained southern beach and Burger inland lake, this beautiful vacation home offers the ideal starting point for a successful island vacation. A surfing and sailing school is located on the lake, so you can actively organize your vacation here. The beautiful south beach with its piers, the beach promenade and the numerous beach chairs invites you to walk, stroll and relax. It is a shallowly sloping beach section so that nothing stands in the way of cooling off in the sea, even together with children.

We will come back next year and would be happy to be able to inhabit the cozy apartment again.
Great view, good mattresses, well-equipped kitchen... we lacked for nothing. Only for cyclists, due to the lack of a locking mechanism for keeping the doors open, it is problematic to get the bikes out of the bike cellar. A tray would also be nice.

Very beautiful holiday apartment
We have stayed in this apartment for the second time. It has everything you need. The furnishings are lovingly chosen. Unfortunately, we find the mattresses very hard and, as a result, could not sleep comfortably.
