Location: The small luxury villa "Regina" is absolutely one of the best addresses on Lake Ledro. It is situated right on the outskirts of Mezzolago with access via a private road. Thus, you have a quiet location where fox and hare say good night to each other. And you can enjoy the unique lake view from the garden and from the house. Swimming pool in the Res. Dromae only 300 m. Lake only 600 m.

Here, you and your large and also multiple dogs are warmly welcome. The garden is for exclusive use and completely fenced.

Enchanting mountain scenery with many marked hiking trails around the lake. In Molina di Ledro: Restaurants with outdoor terraces (dogs allowed), shopping facilities, pottery shop, water sports opportunities, boat rental, museum with valuable finds from a Bronze Age pile-dwelling village;
Pieve di Ledro: nice holiday resort on the northern shore of the lake with shopping, restaurant, bank; a very beautiful footpath runs along above the lake, from which small, sometimes steep paths repeatedly lead down to the lake with delightfully idyllic bathing bays that invite you to swim.
Approx. 15 minutes by car away is the international holiday resort Riva del Garda at the northern end of Lake Garda with many shops, restaurants, water sports facilities, dance venues. Lago di Idro only about 20 km away, many hikes and mountain bike tours possible.
