We have newly furnished the house De Tong 40 and equipped it comfortably and beautifully.
Upstairs, it has two bedrooms with carpeted floors and is suitable for four people. On the south side, there is a spacious terrace extending into the garden, which can be shaded with an electric awning. Garden furniture, a pillar grill, and outdoor games are located in the garden house. Our holiday home offers the following amenities:
A large, bright living room with a cozy sitting area, a sideboard with TV, stereo system with CD and DVD player, as well as a large selection of board games and empty drawers for your belongings. Holiday reading and glasses are located in a room divider that separates the area between the upholstered sitting area with carpet and the dining area towards the kitchen. The dining area offers plenty of space for eating, playing, drawing, etc. with the large wooden table and bench. A high chair for children can be provided.
From the living room, you can access the very well-equipped kitchen through the glass sliding door, with a large fridge-freezer combination, a four-burner gas stove with oven and extractor hood, a microwave, and a dishwasher. In the kitchen there is also a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, egg cooker, electric juicer, waffle iron, pans, pots, cutlery and dishes.
Through the kitchen you reach the bathroom, which is separated from the living area, with a shower, toilet, and a large washbasin with mirrored cabinet. On the upper floor are the master bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), wardrobe and sliding door closets, as well as a second bedroom with a bunk bed (two times 0.90 x 2.00 m), which can serve as a sleeping place for up to two children or adults. Here too, there are sliding door closets under the sloping roof, leaving plenty of space to play. The windows in the dormers are equipped with insect screens and can be darkened for sleeping with roller blinds. There is a separate guest toilet between the rooms. The stairway access can be secured with a child safety gate.
Our Wi-Fi is available to you free of charge.
During the main and holiday season, we only rent by the week (from Saturday to Saturday).
Outside of these periods, shorter stays (minimum stay two nights) are also possible.

The holiday home is located in Zeeland on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland in the De Tong holiday park, directly on the Grevelingenmeer with its marina. The Grevelingenmeer is a former sea bay, which is closed off to the North Sea by the Brouwersdam and to the Oosterschelde by the Grevelingendam. Directly at the marina, you will find small bathing beaches behind the dyke at a distance of approx. 400 m. The main beach Grevelingen is about 4 km away and can be easily reached by bicycle (cycle path in the green) and car via the Grevelingendam.
The holiday homes themselves are located in a largely car-free park, which with its extensive playgrounds and well-equipped playgrounds offer children and parents plenty of free space.
The North Sea beaches of Renesse and Burgh-Haamstede are 28 km away and can be reached by car in about 25 minutes.

additional information about rental price:
| Prices plus tourist tax of 2.04 euros per person per day (the amount is passed on by us to the municipality as required by law) and a mandatory final cleaning of 65 euros by a local cleaning company. A deposit of 150 euros will be charged, which is to be transferred with the final payment. Should the holiday home be without complaint after the stay, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days after the end of the tenancy. |

Holiday park De Tong is also a very good starting point for families with children, as well as for water sports enthusiasts and people who want to discover and enjoy the beautiful surroundings on foot or by bike.
At the Aquadelta holiday park, which is within easy walking distance, you will find a tennis court, mini golf course, squash courts, bicycle rental, an indoor swimming pool, a supermarket, two restaurants and a bowling alley. Children's entertainment also takes place there in summer.

Holiday with a toddler
We had a few wonderful vacation days there. There was nothing missing for our small child (2 years). There was a playground right behind the house, but the garden was also sufficient. The equipment in the house is modern and well maintained. We didn't miss anything. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Very nice holiday home
The house corresponded absolutely to what was offered here. It is nicely furnished, not worn out and there is nothing missing.
The park is great for children. Playground behind the house and the beach is also only a few minutes' walk away.
Communication with the landlords was also great.
We had a nice vacation and can recommend the house.

Beautiful holiday home
We were in August with three adults in the accommodation. The holiday home is lovingly and almost new furnished and nothing is missing. The beds are very comfortable and you can sit nicely on the terrace. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired and the house is spotlessly clean. We had a very nice time there. Clear recommendation.
