The Kiebitznest is a flat-roofed bungalow located at Dörper Weg 13, which is the road leading from the large car park/Ocean Wave/Kurverwaltung/Seehundaufzuchtstation directly to the dyke/sand beach/open air bath.
The bungalow has a seating area in front of the house and a lawn at the back. The bungalow has a separate kitchen, with a stove/oven and other small appliances such as a coffee maker, kettle, handheld cooker and other small appliances
Coffee maker, kettle, hand mixer. The living room is quite spacious with a couch set and a dining area, as well as TV/Sat. Other rooms in the house are the bathroom with shower, the master bedroom with double bed, as well as a youth bedroom with tandem bed (a second bed can be pulled out if needed).

Location and surroundings of object
The flat roof bungalow is located on Route 13 Dörper, as already mentioned above, not far (about 100 meters) to the beach or bathing area, where they can forget about everyday life in a beach chair or water. When the weather is the Ocean Wave lures with sea water and wave operation, 100 meters in the opposite direction, also on Dörper way in the back there is the seal sanctuary, a labyrinth and an adventure golf course. North dike is located directly on the North Sea and is the gateway to the East Frisian islands of Norderney and Juist. Since 2010, the North-South dike North Sea spa, this is mainly due to the location in the National Park Wadden Sea, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2009. The bracing climate of the North Sea they can breathe more freely, and the elements of the sea activate the body's own healing powers.

The bungalow has a spacious living room from where you get into a shower room, a master bedroom with double bed and a youth room with tandem bed (a bed with under-bed to take off each bed 90 x 200m). Before the house is a paved terrace and behind the house there is also a quiet fenced lawn. Garden table and chairs and a barbecue invite you to linger.

Location and holiday house
The location is great. We were somewhat shocked by the furnishings and the neighboring house. The closet in the bedroom was broken upon arrival; only after we inquired with pictures were we told that it had happened to the previous guests. The neighboring property was very dirty. We made the best of it to enjoy our vacation in beautiful Norddeich.

Es tut mir leid, dass ich sie nicht in Kenntnis gesetzt habe, dass den Vormietern ein Marlör passiert ist. Inzwischen ist der Schrank wieder repariert.
Mit dem Wort schockiert ist es meiner Erachtens zu hart ausgedrückt. Es ist sehr schwierig solche Reparaturen in der kürze der Zeit, von einem Mieterwechsel zum anderen durchzuführen. In diesem Fall war der Tischler sogar schon vor Ort, hatte aber nicht das geeignete Scharnier, somit musste es erst bestellt werden.
Sicherlich haben die Nachbarn in Ihrem Garten Bierdosen vom Feiern noch rumliegen, doch das ist kein Grund dies hier meiner Vermietung anzukreiden.
Schade dass sie so reagiert haben, zumal ich persönlich vor Ort war und mich für die Angelegenheit entschuldigt habe .

Beautiful and central holiday flat
The location of the holiday flat is unbeatable. Shopping facilities and distance to the dog beach are about 5 minutes.
Small problem: the property is not completely fenced off from the neighbour, but with a little education and talking to the neighbours this can be sorted out.
The furnishings are a colourful mix of styles.

Das Haus hat zwei Gartenbereiche, wobei der rückwärtige komplett eingezäunt ist. Der vordere Gartenbereich ist nur teilweise eingezäunt,

A holiday to breathe deeply
We travelled as a couple and the apartment was perfect for us.
Very well equipped and the location is great.
The landlords are very friendly.
We will be happy to come back next year.
Unfortunately it was a bit too cool to enjoy the beautiful terrace.

Very relaxing holiday
The house is very nicely furnished, there is nothing missing that you could miss, but I would say that the accommodation is more for 3 instead of 4 people because the small room with the pull-out bed is completely closed when it is extended, you can't move around there anymore. For the kids it was no problem but for adults it would be too small. The mattresses are great, I have rarely slept so well. Everything is within easy reach and it is very quiet in the evenings. We had a very good rest and would be happy to come back. The landlord was also very nice. Highly recommended in any case

Gladly again
The apartment is perfect for 2 to 4 people, it is very centrally located. Within a radius of about 150-200 meters, there are plenty of places to eat and drink if you don't want to cook yourself. The beach is also only about 200 meters from the apartment. The only downside is the internet connection; when trying to stream a soccer game, it's a matter of luck if the connection doesn't hang at least once and needs to be restarted. Usually, multiple attempts are needed, and even during the stream, it's lucky if it doesn't cut off. Apart from that, we were very satisfied and have already booked for next year.
