This beautiful, rural holiday home for 8 people is ideal for your holiday in Zeeland!
The holiday home is located in Oostkapelle near the centre, the forest and the beach!
In the charming living room there is a 3-seater sofa, comfortable armchairs, a TV and a cosy fireplace where you can all enjoy your holiday in Zeeland.
The open kitchen is equipped with an infrared hob, sink, fridge, oven, coffee maker and kettle. Of course, there are enough dishes, cutlery and other kitchen utensils to prepare your own meal. The dining table offers enough space for 8 people.
In the indoor storage room you will find an additional refrigerator, microwave and washing machine and dryer that you can use during your holiday in Zeeland.
The holiday home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and is equipped with 2 single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a walk-in shower and a toilet.
The other three bedrooms are on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms have single beds and one has a double bed. On the first floor you will find a second bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet. An additional cot can be added.
The enclosed garden of this holiday home is also ideal! Enjoy the beautiful view of the countryside, relax in the sun on one of the sun loungers after a wonderful day in Zeeland or have a snack and a drink at the dining table!

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.

The tourist coastal towns of Domburg and Oostkapelle are separated by the beautiful nature reserve De Manteling. In this forest, nature is given free rein, which of course makes the area even more beautiful. There are even deciduous forests, which is very unusual for Walcheren!
De Manteling nature reserve is suitable for everyone who enjoys walking, cycling and exploring!
There are many different walking and cycling routes through the forest that will take you to the beach, the dunes or to Domburg. You might even see a deer!
When you visit the nature reserve De Manteling, be sure to pay a visit to Westhove Castle. This castle has been standing since the year 836 and brings with it a lot of history.
The castle served as a dike to keep the Vikings out, it was a hunting lodge and was recaptured by Spanish troops in 1572.
Westhove Castle now has a café and terrace where you can enjoy a drink in the sun in the atmosphere of the Golden Age.
The Terra Maris Museum is located near Westhove Castle. Terra Maris literally means 'land of the sea'. In this museum you can learn all about the history of the Zeeland landscape and see the rich natural heritage.
Terra Maris is also a great activity for children! Here they can learn all about Zeeland's nature in a fun way. Visit the landscape garden, catch water animals in the pond or climb on the climbing frame!
Oranjezon Nature Reserve
The Oranjezon nature reserve is located between Vrouwenpolder and Oostkapelle. Oranjezon is a beautiful, extensive nature reserve with a lot of variety in the landscape. At any time of the year you can enjoy one of the five walking routes of Oranjezon!
With its forest, dunes and beach, Oranjezon is the most varied coastal area in Zeeland!
Along the way you will encounter all kinds of plants, berries and mushrooms.
There is also a herd of Konik horses running free and there is a good chance you will encounter deer!
