This is a semi-detached house of 71 sqm in country house style. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living room with access to the terrace and the guest toilet.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a single bed and a spacious bathroom with shower.
A small garden (fenced) with terrace, awning and garden furniture belongs to the house.
Car parking space available. Pets are allowed by arrangement. The kitchen is equipped with all the things you need for a good holiday; dishwasher, oven, cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave etc..
2 bicycles can be rented for a small fee.
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
