Resting in Arenas, this spacious 3-bedroom villa has a beautiful location on a hill and offers gorgeous views of the Mediterranean Sea. Around the private swimming pool, there are terraces with sun loungers and a dining area where you can eat al fresco. It is ideal for a medium-sized family or group of 6 persons.
To explore the culture and get an insight into the streetscape, the town centre of Arenas is 4 km. You will find various big supermarkets inVélez-Málaga at 10 km. Driving for 11 km, you arrive at Torre del Mar, with excellent seabeach and choice of restaurants.
The air-conditioned villa spreads on the ground floor. You have an outside shower to wash up after a swim in the pool. On the private roofed terrace, you can enjoy the hours of sunshine with a cool refreshing drink. Children can play safely in the fenced garden while you lie down reading a book.

We enjoyed the house and the peaceful surroundings. The house is fully equipped and it really is holidaying zee.De overlooking the road to it is steep but to do so.

We had a top holiday in Las Yucas, nice house, and a very beautiful view, the house is also super convenient with children everything is neat and well disposed to combine with the beautiful beach just a few miles away, the road to perfeckt above indd or style but paved and passable, the first time a little exciting but very doable, we come is certain, maybe this year or else next year for a longer period. Nice villa with super view. Host was super friendly and always ready for answering questions through whatsapp. Some small issues at arrival were solved the same day. What a service!!!
We had a lovely stay!
Only thing scary was the first time up the mountain to the villa. Road toward is not that comfortable and very steep, but once you are used to it is even fun :-)

very nice and clean house and swimming pool in a nice area1 minus point: 500m higher is there a farm? where 5 dogs bark a few hours a day, and this bothered us in this otherwise very quiet area

Hello, this house is beautiful and very pleasant (and clean when "it happens). It is very well equipped with a beautiful sea view. The" Access is very difficult and a supply is expected before getting to home with a quantity of "drinking water (not drinking water). The house is quite far from the major cities in Andalusia (Seville, Cordoba, Granada and Almeria), but close to the sea where one can discover some beautiful coves and Malaga. Possibility of walks in the mountains not far from home. C "is a true corner paradis.Merci for the" warm welcome

This home is a must for anyone who once luxury of the globe will disappear. It has spectacular views, you can sit in the sun or in the shade, a nice pool there at so short, timid. We therefore have a fantastic holiday. The road to it is not for the faint-hearted but anyone with a posh car can drive it can climb to. One thing, however, not negative but just a comment if you can not please German DVD 's life, if you want to watch TV because the satellite TV has some German and Spanish channels. For the rest, beautiful. We will be back.

The road to it was getting used to but with some driving experience you so! It is wonderfully rustig.Wij have an awful our time here and find it really a must for young and old. Excellently equipped home. Air conditioning in living room and all three bedrooms, works fine. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet, 2x shower, 1x bath. Satellite TV with all foreign channels. Housing complete with shutters and steel fences. Beautiful pool with fully automatic filter. Sufficient bedding and linens. Upon arrival as a welcome bottle of wine on the table. House was clean on arrival. Manager is friendly and helpful. Kitchen fully equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher and hood. Access road is steep and quite long with some tight hairpin bends. Some riding experience is desirable but quietly in his one is doing fine. Views are pirma and it is very quiet. Even in July fine to keep.

A beautiful home with very nice views. The house offers great privacy and tranquility. The manager is very friendly and helpful. The house is in very good condition, though a few new shower heads are not a luxury. The access road is very steep and tedious to drive in the dark. Definitely something to be reckoned with.

Nice house, well furnished, great location, but bad approach. Problems with water etc. were solved directly by the administrator. Truly a place to unwind, much to swim, read and play games. No place for walkers or people who are not very experienced in driving.

We had a nice holiday supere. (5 pers.) The view of the world is when you're standing next to the house because you look so Torre Delmar. Everything was up to the last detail, and we have contributed little to criticize. Of course there are some small points such as beds were not super, few new non-stick cookware will not be a luxury. The "mountain road" to the house is quite a challenge, very steep but after a few times even wen you ever again. My advice: a good car rides so on. I myself drove a Mini Cooper convertible, which could reasonably to. One of my friends was driving a Fiat Doblo Diesel and had no problems with it .. As long as you take it easy. The pool was superb and have used a lot. We have eaten a lot in the town of Arenas at the restaurant "Alaambra" self simple card but very tasty. Definitely a must! We really had a top holiday and administrator ond properly helped and given advice as we seek for .. This we certainly do agree on!

Lovely views, nice pool and good cooling in the evening thanks to the a / c. 25 minutes from the beach at Torre del Mar and 10 minutes from the friendly village of Arenas, where you can buy your basic necessities. Indeed beyond thought of the great cultural cities. But otherwise top!

The way there and back is made for very brave people, we don't belong to that. The feedback with Belvilla was horribly negligent. They don't feel like nagging. The air conditioning was broken and the pump of the pool kept us awake at night, after repeated calls and appen, we were unable to remedy this. So book through Belvilla, no sorry, never again

The way there and back is made for very brave people, we don't belong to that. The feedback with Belvilla was horribly negligent. They don't feel like nagging. The air conditioning was broken and the pump of the pool kept us awake at night, after repeated calls and appen, we were unable to remedy this. So book through Belvilla, no sorry, never again
