House is in order, blissful pool area top.Enkel we are not satisfied with the local contact. When declaring aircon that did not work in the bedroom and water that was almost up, we get no response from the contact site. We should then contact the owners (who are not in Andalusia). We may spend 2 weeks in July 2016 in Casa Martijo. The house is beautifully situated on a hill where you can see the sea at Torre del Mar. The terrace and pool area were very beautiful and to bring the necessary cooling in a place where it (especially in the afternoon) can be very hot. The road is going as other reviews indicate a problem. A high car here is still recommended, but after riding a few times to have it's actually not specified more (even at midnight) .The house is complete, but simply furnished. Many things have me believe it to be replaced, also witnessed the break up of one air-conditioning unit. This was adequate for a few days later replaced, allowing our guests have had to sleep for several days without air conditioning. We also have one day had no running water. Tricky, but this same evening repaired by the administrator. All in all a great holiday in Casa Martijo.

The cottage has a nice location on a mountainside and everything was well organized site. It was nice that we as a Dutch contact person in Spain had that day and night for us was ready. The view was fantastic and the garden was cordoned off with fencing. This is fine if there are children.

Our vacation at Casa Martijo was in a word delicious. The well equipped house (with all luxury), the pool and the "porch" made this place great to camp out for a week. The location of Casa Martijo is on top of a mountain, so the view (the sea) is breathtaking. The last 1 to 2 kilometer initially be challenging (steep paved road), but if you have done 2 times, is no longer a problem (even with a low car, we had a VW Passat, you can easily tell it upstairs and downstairs) .overall, a wonderful stay with nice places and beaches nearby.

We have a wonderful week with nice weather. The house is fantastic and all amenities. We were well received by the helpful manager Tom. Beside the pool is a lovely terrace with a good seat and a Pergula so you both in and out of the sun can sit. From the terrace, it's a fantastic view of the surroundings and the sea. From the house you can make trips to the beautiful hinterland and the coast. It is about 20 minutes drive to the beach in the seaside resort of Torre Del Mar. Some criticism is the steep road up to the house. Have you ridden the road 2 times than you're used to it it is very doable. We will in the future definitely go back. Marlies de Sain.

Stay 10 to 17 July 2010: In the beginning was the last piece entrance definitely get used (steil!) The house is in a good preparable from the beaches (half hour) and has a panoramic view to the sea. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Martijo. Next inhabitants I recommend no salt or sugar to buy, because they are widely available. There is now also a nice stash of herbs, so you can cook well. A wonderful week in the house. We had a very nice holiday in this holiday home last March. The view was great from the terrace and the house is a great base. We liked the villa and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. to the villa. The last part to the villa is indeed over a steep road but is fine to do. It takes some getting used to the first time but in the end no problem, it is recommended not to rent the smallest model car. It was in during our stay unfortunately too cold to make extensive use of the pool, but we will definitely come back again

To enjoy the beautiful view you have to drive up a steep mountain. The first time Maria drives ahead. Then it went quickly. No problem for us. We enjoyed the house and the environment immensely. In Arenas and in Torre del Mar we could eat cheaply every day. But the kitchen in the house is also more than well equipped for cooking. The driveway to the house was very adventurous ... the inside of the house was not very well maintained and the beds were unreasonable, thanks to the mattresses from the children's bunk bed that we put on the beds, we were able to sleep comfortably. Great holiday stay in a TOP location. With the help of the hostess Maria and her husband, it was easy to find. Maria regularly inquired if everything was still to our liking. The bungalow met our expectations and was as described. Spacious, clean, and well taken care of/maintained. Definitely recommended! We may spend 2 weeks in July 2016 in Casa Martijo. The house is beautifully situated on a hill where you can see the sea at Torre del Mar. The terrace and pool area were very beautiful and to bring the necessary cooling in a place where it (especially in the afternoon) can be very hot. The road is going as other reviews indicate a problem. A high car here is still recommended, but after riding a few times to have it's actually not specified more (even at midnight) .The house is complete, but simply furnished. Many things have me believe it to be replaced, also witnessed the break up of one air-conditioning unit. This was adequate for a few days later replaced, allowing our guests have had to sleep for several days without air conditioning. We also have one day had no running water. Tricky, but this same evening repaired by the administrator. All in all a great holiday in Casa Martijo.

A wonderful week in the house. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Martijo. Next inhabitants I recommend no salt or sugar to buy, because they are widely available. There is now also a nice stash of herbs, so you can cook well. We have had a wonderful week in Casa Martijo.Een net house that is clean and offers stunning views over the mountains and the sea.A disadvantage is draw poker and the way forward toe.De last mile is a narrow, steep road with no guardrail. We have a wonderful week with nice weather. The house is fantastic and all amenities. We were well received by the helpful manager Tom. Beside the pool is a lovely terrace with a good seat and a Pergula so you both in and out of the sun can sit. From the terrace, it's a fantastic view of the surroundings and the sea. From the house you can make trips to the beautiful hinterland and the coast. It is about 20 minutes drive to the beach in the seaside resort of Torre Del Mar. Cottage was very spacious top order everything was provided and equipped!
