In the bedroom you will find a raised double box-spring bed with separate mattresses and a comfortable lying surface of 100 x 200 cm.
The dining room is located with turret room.

There are 2 x flat screen TVs (1x Smart TV) available in the flat. Furthermore, an Alexa Show 2.0 device, stereo system (DAB+), a Wii game console and board games.
In the high season, we provide you with a large beach chair in the beach area free of charge.

Cancellation terms:
- Kann der Mieter die Wohnung nicht zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt in Empfang nehmen, wird er den Vermieter umgehend informieren. Der Vermieter wird sich dann um einen anderweitigen Mieter bemühen. Für den Fall, dass kein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Bedingungen gestellt wird oder es dem Vermieter nicht gelingt die Wohnung für den betreffenden Zeitraum anderweitig zu vermieten, werden in diesem Fall folgende prozentuale Anteile des Gesamtmietpreises fällig: ab Buchung vor Anreise 50 %, ab 4 Wochen vor Anreise 80%, ab 2 Wochen vor Anreise 100%. Die Staffelung gilt immer nur für die Tage, die nicht neu vermietet werden konnten. Bei teilweiser Neuvermietung erstattet der Mieter dem Vermieter die Differenz. Wird die Wohnung komplett neu vermietet, betragen die Rücktrittskosten 50 % der Anzahlung, mindestens jedoch 100,00 Euro. Der Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung wird empfohlen. Im Falle von behördlichen Einschränkungen zur Eindämmung einer Pandemie, hier: Beherbergungsverbot, erstattet der Vermieter bereits geleistete Zahlungen in voller Höhe an den Mieter.
