The holiday home is located in the centre of Koserow. It is 800 metres from the beach and 100 metres from the centre of the village. The black Netto, the strawberry farm and the train station are within walking distance. 150 metres away is the popular fish restaurant: Bernsteinhexe and 200 metres away is Café Moritz, which is famous for its ice cream sundae creations. There is also a miniature golf course in the immediate vicinity.

Family Around Well!
From renting to returning, completely happy and uncomplicated.
We were 4 adults and 2 children (2 and 5 years old).
The holiday home is fully equipped, from sufficient dishes to dishwasher, washing machine, coffee and pod machine, TV sets, and even a grill. The furnishings are contemporary and modern. We found the beds very comfortable, and our children also felt at home. Two baby beds were also available for the little one. Both floors are equipped with child safety locks on the stairs. The 2 bathrooms made the stay very pleasant, as there was no congestion in the morning. Two parking spaces are also available. The one directly in front of the house makes packing extremely convenient. The living and dining area is more than adequately sized for 4 adults. We also found the possibility of parking bicycles in the garden area to be positive. We find the holiday home worth recommending not only for adults but also for families with children of all ages. We look forward to seeing you again.

Super beautiful holiday home.
The house is located in the center of the village of Koserow. Everything, such as shopping possibilities, restaurants, beach with a pier, and much more, can be reached on foot. The holiday home has a small surrounding terrace. Small but nice. We were 4 adults and it was sufficient for us. Even with a grill (which is available) as an additional amenity. We all loved the house. It seemed newly renovated, very clean, and had high-quality furniture in every room. The beds were very comfortable and everything you need was available. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.
