The holiday home is equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with showers and bathtub, plus a light-flooded living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a utility room. The holiday home has a small garden with terrace, barbecue and sun loungers. One parking space is directly in front of the house at the entrance and the 2nd parking space is behind the house.

The holiday home is located in the centre of Koserow. It is 800 metres from the beach and 100 metres from the centre of the village. The black Netto, the strawberry farm and the train station are within walking distance. 150 metres away is the popular fish restaurant: Bernsteinhexe and 200 metres away is Café Moritz, which is famous for its ice cream sundae creations. There is also a miniature golf course in the immediate vicinity.

Super beautiful holiday home.
The house is located in the center of the village of Koserow. Everything, such as shopping possibilities, restaurants, beach with a pier, and much more, can be reached on foot. The holiday home has a small surrounding terrace. Small but nice. We were 4 adults and it was sufficient for us. Even with a grill (which is available) as an additional amenity. We all loved the house. It seemed newly renovated, very clean, and had high-quality furniture in every room. The beds were very comfortable and everything you need was available. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.
