From July 2019 new with us, house Listperle. The vacation home under thatch is furnished in Scandinavian style. It invites you to a vacation on the sunny side of the island and is located 200m from the Wadden Sea. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 living room with adjoining open kitchen and counter, there is room for up to 6 people on 115 sqm. In the morning, the southeast terrace offers a sunrise breakfast and throughout the day the sun is always your companion.

A sauna provides soothing relaxation. A parking space is available directly in front of the house. The SONOS multiroom sound system provides full sound quality, wine fridge, gas fireplace, beach chair and king-size box-spring beds round off your vacation perfectly.

Garden furniture and beach chairs are available seasonally limited.
Barbecuing with a charcoal or gas grill is not allowed due to the thatched roof.

free of charge if there are 180 or more between the booking and the arrival date and the tenant cancels the booking no later than the end of the 3rd, following the booking
from the 14th day before the start of the rental 100% of the tour price plus 35 € fee
from the 34th day before the start of the rental 80% of the tour price plus 35 € fee
from the 44th day before the start of the rental 50% of the tour price plus 35 € fee
before that, the general principle of 20% of the tour price applies plus 35 € fee
