The house Silbermöwe is a perfectly composed part of a holiday home with a beautiful garden and terrace in the south. The exclusive kitchen with its technical equipment still has a temperature-controlled wine refrigerator and the separate dining area is cleverly accommodated
On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, two further double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bath. All bedrooms have high-quality carpentry fittings and a flatscreen in each.
The attic has a lounge area with flat screen. In the classic arrangement, two sofas face each other directly. This promotes communication and has a very harmonious effect. A shower room with WC and underfloor heating is also available

The house is located directly in the Süderhörn on the edge of the Süderhörntälchen nature reserve. Lister Oststrand is only a few minutes' walk away. The west beach and the elbow are easy to reach by car or beach bus.
An Edeka market, bakery and various shopping facilities as well as the Lister harbour with its colourful hustle and bustle are within easy walking distance.
