Upper floor: 3 bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe fittings, 2 shower bathrooms with WC, 1 full bathroom with shower and WC.
Top floor: Lounge area with adjoining shower room and WC
A sauna with spa area is cleverly located in the basement as well as a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located directly in the Süderhörn on the edge of the Süderhörntälchen nature reserve. Lister Oststrand is only a few minutes' walk away. The west beach and the elbow are easy to reach by car or beach bus.
An Edeka market, bakery and various shopping facilities as well as the Lister harbour with its colourful hustle and bustle are within easy walking distance.

One of the most beautiful holiday homes we have ever had
One of the most beautiful holiday homes! Very spacious (4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, very large living/dining area etc.), top modern and luxurious furnishings, very well maintained/clean, super service and very pleasant handling, perfect location. Gladly again and again. We had a wonderful holiday!
