This beautiful and detached villa for 6 persons is located between the sea and a pine forest in the residence Eden Club. It is only 3,5 km from the sand beach Lacanau-Océan and 12 km. from the city centre of Lacanau.
The villa is spread over a slightly rolling terrain, is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a a decorative fireplace and TV in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. It also disposes of one bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find the two remaining bedrooms, with each two single beds, a bathroom and shower room or two shower rooms and two separate toilets.
The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool (not heated and open from early April to early November). The size of the garden ranges from 1200 to 2600 m². There is also a parking spot next to the villa.
In Eden Club, you can book various villas for six to eight people.
*It is obligatory to pay for electricity when staying outside of March 26 and November 5: €65 per week.

Villapark Eden Club is located in a picturesque location among pine trees and other beautiful green vegetation. The reception of the park is located at the nearby Atlantic Green (1 km). Here you can enjoy various amenities, including free wireless internet. Also, a bread service and bike rental service (both will be delivered to your villa) and daily cleaning are available here. Villapark Eden Club is located next to a hotel with a horse club and balneotherapy (for an additional fee). Besides that, as a temporary resident you'll get a discount at the golf de l'Ardilouse.
In the cozy Lacanau-Océan (3 km) you will spend a lot of hours at the beach on the Atlantic Ocean. For the kids, building sand castles for the day will be fun as well. In the vast Forêt de Lacanau you can enjoy cycling and walking. Would you like to swim, but do not fancy the sea? The freshwater lakes Etang de Lacanau (7 km) and Etang de Carcans (18 km) also offer plenty of opportunity for water sports. Of course, a day of swimming builds a hefty appetite. In Lacanau-Océan you can find several restaurants. For the older youth there's a fun disco here. You can try your luck at the casino.
Saint-Laurent-Médoc (42 km) is home to several beautiful monuments, such as churches and castles. This region is also known for its exquisite wines. Open a bottle of Medoc on the terrace in the evening. The famous city of Bordeaux (58 km) is also near.

The house and garden are not in accordance with the photos. The house is in need of renovation and the garden is much smaller than the photos shown. This is certainly not worth € 3750, -! Previously half. Pool was very polluted with algae and other mess.Bbq was defective.

It was a bit disappointing.House was very dirty, we have the idea that we were the first guests after the winter period and that there has been no cleaning.Veel overdue maintenance.En there was no WIFI available in our house while this was in the The house is located in a nice quiet location on the edge of the forest and you can walk to the beach. We have had a nice holiday in itself, but this was very unfortunate.

I'm after some disappointing housing a little hesitant, but this house was absolutely great! It is a lovely house where we had the incredibly fine. Very comfortable and luxury. I found it especially delicious that it was so spacious. Lots of closet space, great bathrooms, lots of walking space. This was really great!

Beautiful house with nice terrace and pool. Ideal place for the sea is nearby with its crashing waves and there are also a few lakes if you do not want salt water. The pool is cleaned and you have more to worry about. We rented bikes at the park and cycled so many kilometers. Lovely cycling area with landscaped paths.

End Sep 2013 spent good vacation, nice, comfortable house. Bummer that the pool is not heated, therefore the water is icy cold was severe setback. I have not been clear or pools of other houses well heated. Furthermore, so a lovely vacation home!

The villa is exactly what we expected. Very spacious everything nicely done in light colors. Beautiful location and a lovely pool. Beautiful beach is a 5 minute drive from the villa park. We even had an 8 person, while we had ordered a 6 person. Lacanau sur Ocean has a small boulevard and shopping street. Shopping there is pricey, but you can also go to Lacanau. For other places you have to drive 30 minutes quickly. It is therefore a bit remote.

Very positive about the cottage (Villa with swimming pool). 2 families large enough and therefore affordable. Environment is very quiet. The beach and its village (Lacanau) are close. About 5 min. Lacanau is a real break with a nice boulevard, where it continues until the early hours.

Arrival on Sunday at our request, home from 10h to 12h very friendly (we drove at night). The villa is better than on the description we have an extra room with an en-suite shower. The pool is a little cold but quite satisfactory. The overall cleanliness is OK. As an improvement, there could be mattresses on the chairs of pisicine (hard plastic)
