This beautiful and detached villa for 8 persons is located between the sea and a pine forest in the residence Eden Club. It is only 3,5 km from the sand beach Lacanau-Océan and 12 km. from the city centre of Lacanau.
The villa is spread over a slightly rolling terrain, is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a a decorative fireplace and TV in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. It also disposes of two bedrooms (of which one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a bathroom and a separate toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find the two remaining bedrooms, with each two single beds, two shower rooms and two separate toilets.
The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool (not heated and open from early April to early November). The size of the garden ranges from 1200 to 2600 m². There is also a parking spot next to the villa.
In Eden Club, you can book various villas for six to eight people.
*It is obligatory to pay for electricity when staying outside of March 26 and November 5: €80 per week.

Villapark Eden Club is located in a picturesque location among pine trees and other beautiful green vegetation. The reception of the park is located at the nearby Atlantic Green (1 km). Here you can enjoy various amenities, including free wireless internet. Also, a bread service and bike rental service (both will be delivered to your villa) and daily cleaning are available here. Villapark Eden Club is located next to a hotel with a horse club and balneotherapy (for an additional fee). Besides that, as a temporary resident you'll get a discount at the golf de l'Ardilouse.
In the cozy Lacanau-Océan (3 km) you will spend a lot of hours at the beach on the Atlantic Ocean. For the kids, building sand castles for the day will be fun as well. In the vast Forêt de Lacanau you can enjoy cycling and walking. Would you like to swim, but do not fancy the sea? The freshwater lakes Etang de Lacanau (7 km) and Etang de Carcans (18 km) also offer plenty of opportunity for water sports. Of course, a day of swimming builds a hefty appetite. In Lacanau-Océan you can find several restaurants. For the older youth there's a fun disco here. You can try your luck at the casino.
Saint-Laurent-Médoc (42 km) is home to several beautiful monuments, such as churches and castles. This region is also known for its exquisite wines. Open a bottle of Medoc on the terrace in the evening. The famous city of Bordeaux (58 km) is also near.

The arrival was chaotic because the property management office is no longer where it is stated on the travel documents. Only by accident, we learn where to get the key, etc. As a storm raged the night before we arrived, everything looked pretty wild. The pool was full of dirt and pine needles, the garden was messed up.

We have made the best. The setting is nice, but the property was to cry. Dirty, worn decor, beds were good. Bathroom tiles black mold etc etc

A nice house to spend your holiday. The pool was ideal to take in as a dip. Our grandson of four years this holiday completely lost his fear of water. The beach with the surf wasprachtig well as the beautiful sandy beaches. Bread Shop with fresh rolls a short distance from the park. Pleasant boulevard with nice restaurants / shops. Bordeaux can still visit (P / tram). Arcachon is also a nice clean town.

The house is very poorly maintained.Price quality ratio is not agreed.The paint comes off the wall. Toilet seat is loose. Fridge is rancid. The house is very very dirty. I spent 3 hours cleaning. Even the cutlery and plates are dirty. There are no regular or even the same glasses. Sink clogged and filthy. When we were finally allowed in the UIA, the cleaning took another hour. So we couldn't get in at 6 pm. Normally you can go to your house at 3 p.m. Bed linen is dirty with even a sheet with blood. I paid 3000 for this house and am very disappointed. If money is withheld from my deposit later, I'll be furious!

We are staying here with two families with young children. (Ages 10\/8\/5\/4\/1 years) The cottage is well equipped and has everything you need. Very nice are the washer and dryer for all handdoeken.Er are fine bedrooms with bathrooms downstairs for 4 adults and a nice loft for the kids with private bath. The attic is super fun for kids to make with towels tents and play. There is enough space for them. In addition, it is nice that there is a wooden porch (not geglibber with wet feet) with a staircase down to t pool. In the surrounding garden is enough space to play, sunbathe, eat together etc.Enige downside was that there was only one table available outside. That was for our party a little too tight. The cottage has basically everything for a nice holiday with your family. The interior is practical but great with kids. Beds were good! No french dips bedden.Lacanau also has beautiful wide beaches with beautiful spaces in the woods. The lake is also a short drive away by car or bicycle. At the lake, various activities for young and old. We found the suppen with kids very leuk.Dagje Bordeaux is doable and
