This beautiful and detached villa for 6 persons is located in the heart of the Aquitaine coast in the residence Eden Parc Golf. It is only 3,5 km from the sand beach Lacanau-Océan and 12 km. from the city centre of Lacanau.
The ground floor villa is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a a decorative fireplace and TV in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. It also disposes of three bedrooms on the ground floor or two bedrooms on the ground floor and the third bedroom on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed and the remaining bedrooms each have two single beds. You will also find a bathroom, a shower room and two separate toilets.
The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool (not heated and open from early April to early November). The size of the garden ranges from 1200 to 2600 m². You can also enjoy a lovely barbecue here. There is also a parking spot next to the villa.
In Eden Parc Golf, you can book various villas for four to eight people.
*It is obligatory to pay for electricity when staying outside of March 26 and November 5: €60 per week.

Villapark Eden Parc Golf is located in the extraordinary region Aquitaine, surrounded by forests and next to the golf course l'Ardilouse (18 holes). As a temporary resident of this villa park you'll get a discount. The reception of Villa Park Eden Parc Golf is one kilometre away, at the Atlantic Green park. At this reception you can use free wireless internet. Additionally, there are even more services on offer that will make your stay more enjoyable. There is a bread service and bicycle hire (both will be delivered to your villa) and you can also go here for the daily cleaning.
In the cozy Lacanau-Océan (4 km) you will spend a lot of hours on the Atlantic Ocean beach. To enjoy sunbathing, to swim and for the kids a day of building sandcastles is of course very nice. In the vast Forêt de Lacanau you can have beautiful hikes and cycling tours. Would you like to swim, but do not fancy the sea? The freshwater lakes Étang de Lacanau (7 km) and Étang de Carcans (18 km), offer plenty of opportunities for water sports. Of course, a day of swimming builds a hefty appetite. In Lacanau-Océan you can find several restaurants. For the older youth there's a fun disco here. You can try your luck at the casino.
At the lake of Carcans you will find the small village of the same name, where you can enjoy a lovely stroll. Saint-Laurent-Médoc (43km) is home to several beautiful monuments, such as churches and castles. This region is also known for its exquisite wines. Open a bottle of Medoc on the terrace in the evening. The well-known city of Bordeaux (59 km) is also nearby.

The house was poor. Very scarce. But 1 bench for a six-person house is very little. Also not very clean. We are better used to houses via topictravel.

The house stands in a forest environment ,. It is a very nice house and we had a wonderful holiday. The Gironde had not visited in France and we can now check off so!

It was somewhat unclear where the key could be collected. But after telephone contact that became clear quickly. Since we were later scheduled by traffic jams, we arrived too late to collect the key. However, they have remained open especially for us. Good service! Furthermore, the accommodation and location was beautiful. The house was fully equipped, nice and spacious and a large veranda. You won't get bored in the area. We have wonderfully daring, tennis, wind surfing and mountain biking. But there are many more options to do.

House is spacious and beautiful. A lot of spiders in the house and outside. No mosquitoes what point is a plus. The total lack of wifi I find a problem at this time. Also in the area in bar and dining area there was little wifi. Plenty of shade around the house. The zwembargo did not have time to warm up which is not really a problem for me.
