This beautiful and detached villa for 8 persons is located in the heart of the Aquitaine coast in the residence Eden Parc Golf. It is only 3,5 km from the sand beach Lacanau-Océan and 12 km. from the city centre of Lacanau.
The ground floor villa is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a a decorative fireplace and TV in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. It also disposes of four bedrooms on the ground floor or three bedrooms on the ground floor and the fourth bedroom on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed and the remaining bedrooms each have two single beds. You will also find a bathroom and a shower room or two bathrooms and a shower room and two or three separate toilets.
The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool (not heated and open from early April to early November). The size of the garden ranges from 1200 to 2600 m². You can also enjoy a lovely barbecue here. There is also a parking spot next to the villa.
In Eden Parc Golf, you can book various villas for four to eight people.
*It is obligatory to pay for electricity when staying outside of March 26 and November 5: €70 per week.

Villapark Eden Parc Golf is located in the extraordinary region Aquitaine, surrounded by forests and next to the golf course l'Ardilouse (18 holes). As a temporary resident of this villa park you'll get a discount. The reception of Villa Park Eden Parc Golf is one kilometre away, at the Atlantic Green park. At this reception you can use free wireless internet. Additionally, there are even more services on offer that will make your stay more enjoyable. There is a bread service and bicycle hire (both will be delivered to your villa) and you can also go here for the daily cleaning.
In the cozy Lacanau-Océan (4 km) you will spend a lot of hours on the Atlantic Ocean beach. To enjoy sunbathing, to swim and for the kids a day of building sandcastles is of course very nice. In the vast Forêt de Lacanau you can have beautiful hikes and cycling tours. Would you like to swim, but do not fancy the sea? The freshwater lakes Étang de Lacanau (7 km) and Étang de Carcans (18 km), offer plenty of opportunities for water sports. Of course, a day of swimming builds a hefty appetite. In Lacanau-Océan you can find several restaurants. For the older youth there's a fun disco here. You can try your luck at the casino.
At the lake of Carcans you will find the small village of the same name, where you can enjoy a lovely stroll. Saint-Laurent-Médoc (43km) is home to several beautiful monuments, such as churches and castles. This region is also known for its exquisite wines. Open a bottle of Medoc on the terrace in the evening. The well-known city of Bordeaux (59 km) is also nearby.

A beautiful house with a lovely garden which was partly shaded by the tree behind our garden. Very nice, so you do not have to lie all the time in the blazing sun hoet.

Upon arrival we were not immediately aware where we could pick up the key from our cottage. The belvilla's mail stated that a concierge would be ready at the cottage to hand over the key. That was a bit surprising as we did not have to pass on an arrival trip. We also did not know which cottage it was ours because the exact house number was not mentioned on the booking documents. In the booking documents it was again that we had to turn to reception but where it was was not explained and was not easy to find. Apart from the difficult arrival we had a wonderful holiday.

Magnificent large villa in a really nice park next to the golf course. Magnificent surroundings of pain bomb oxen and great beaches. Many trails in the woods. Ideal for golf, long distance cycling or enjoying the beach.

We totally fell in love with this house. 2 years ago was our first time here. Last year we went somewhere else, he liked good but not as good as this house. We want to go even next year twice to this holiday!

This is a great house with a swimming pool and beautiful garden. Everything is very well maintained and tidy. The pool was also cleaned nicely and was delicious. There are 4 spacious bedrooms all with private bathrooms, so you can easily 8 people justly. We have not been to the tip of the peninsula (Cap Feret). There are still (painted) bunkers from the 2nd World War. Beautiful beach to walk quite a distance (or suns).

Accommodation far below ground level, dated and poorly maintained. Kitchen for replacement. Ikea beds including mattresses worn out. Tasty shower and continuous toilet. For an 8 (yes even 10) person accommodation, the layout is insufficient with an old sofa bed as the only seat in the living area.
