Location of the bungalow:
The cosy, detached bungalow with over 60m² living space is situated in a holiday park in the Alto Garda nature reserve above the climatic health resort of Gardola, in the province of Tignale. A large, heated communal pool is available in the park.
Tranquillity, relaxation and a fantastic view await you at an altitude of 600 metres above the western shores of Lake Garda. A place of creativity and relaxation. Not only for families, but also for yoga devotees, hikers, climbers, water sports enthusiasts, sailors, cyclists, sun and nature lovers.
Facilities:
The lovingly fully furnished Casa Om has a living-dining room with open kitchenette. The bathroom with shower is in the middle of the house. A gas fireplace provides cosy warmth when needed. One bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200), another with a double bed (160x200m) and a smaller children's/dressing room with bunk beds. 2 rooms are rented, one is private. Various garden furniture with cushions, yoga mats ect. are available.
There is a SAT/ TV- Radio/ CD Player/ WLan, kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, coffee pad machine, hair dryer. Bed linen and towels can be rented at the reception or brought along.
A booking is possible individually from 1 week from Saturday to Saturday (Sundays + holidays by arrangement) and subject to availability

Departure until 10:00 a.m
A deposit of 30% is due upon booking.
A rental contract for holiday homes is concluded.
Booking price plus deposit 200€, final cleaning 100€, 1,70€ visitor's tax / day over 14 years/person

Location and surroundings of object
The romantic village of Gardola has all the shopping facilities, restaurants and a weekly market. In summer, various festivals take place. There are several natural beaches in Tignale and Gargnano. The German-speaking administration/reception is located above the bungalow in the middle of the park.
In the season, there is a bread service there.

Everything is great!
We liked it very much. The house is very quiet and idyllic, with a great terrace overlooking the lake. The plant world is very beautiful. It smells like lavender and you look at oleander, a big beautiful palm tree, and a meadow with many herbs. Even in the evenings, you can see the beautiful lighting around the lake and sit comfortably on the terrace. Even during the hot days, it was very pleasant in the bungalow. The equipment was great for us. Everything you need is available. We used the bread service from the holiday complex (pick-up at the reception in the morning after pre-ordering). You can also order water bottles and other goods there. Very nice pool with a snack bar, the children especially enjoyed it. There are fries and pizza and delicious drinks and ice cream at fair prices. = Very good offer for us. You could sit with your dog at the snack bar and watch the children at the pool. There were always sun loungers available and the lifeguard was very friendly with the children. The climb to the reception is quite steep, some people drove up by car because of that. To the bungalow, you go down a staircase with many steps, so I would recommend a different accommodation for people with limited mobility. However, the nice neighbors allow guests to drive down to their driveway to load the car after consultation, so that you have to walk and carry less. The contact with the owners was very nice. They had prepared everything perfectly for our arrival and even provided a bowl of treats for the dog. He also felt very comfortable. You can eat well in the beautiful mountain village of Gardola at Al Torchio and Apollo. In the evenings, there is often something going on in the summer. Music, festivals, bingo. That was very nice and entertaining. It takes about 15-20 minutes to drive down to the lake from the bungalow, there are many bends and narrower roads up the mountain, but it is manageable and you have a unique panoramic view of the lake.
