In a beautiful spot, on the western side of Lake Garda, you will find our cosy holiday bungalow. The cottage is part of 'Villaggio di Sunclass', a friendly holiday park with detached bungalows, swimming pool with sunbathing area and bar.
Our cottage is at ground level and accessible without stairs. The cottage has plenty of privacy and is located on a terrace slope on a short dead-end street. The location is wonderfully quiet yet not far from all the facilities of the holiday park and the village. From the house and from the sunny terrace you can enjoy a truly wonderful view of Lake Garda. Parking is possible in the immediate vicinity of the cottage and in a car park near the house.
A dog is welcome in the cottage by arrangement.
The cottage is located in a nice quiet spot in the central area not far from the park entrance. The central facilities (reception and swimming pool) are also in the middle area of the park and can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes (about 300m.).
The bungalow (approx. 55 m2) has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people. The cottage has a practical interior and consists of a sitting area, a dining area and a well-equipped semi-open kitchen. The living room has two sliding doors to a large partly covered terrace. The kitchen, bathroom and terrace have been recently renovated.

- coffee machine + Nespresso, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, etc.
- pellet stove (spring and autumn)
- large sunny terrace with garden furniture, two sun loungers and barbecue
Changeover day is Saturday. Other arrival and departure days are possible out of season.

Location and surroundings of object
Set against a mountainside on the western shore of Lake Garda in the Alto Garda Bresciano nature reserve, Tignale consists of a collection of six small villages: Piovere, Oldesio, Gardola, Olzano, Prabione and Aer. The plateau around Tignale is also called the balcony of Lake Garda. From Lake Garda, a well-travelled road (8 km) brings you to the holiday park.
The friendly family park is spacious and consists of around 160 detached bungalows. The Sunclasspark is located in the middle of nature at an altitude of six hundred metres. The terrain consists of terraced slopes. The roads in the park are good, but are steep in some places. As a result, this bungalow park is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
The shops and restaurants of Gardola are within walking distance, about 1 km.
Gardola has a supermarket, bakery, butcher, doctor and pharmacy, as well as a tourist office, many restaurants and some ice cream parlours. There are also a few shops selling local products, a wine shop with tasting room and an olive mill. The weekly market is on Tuesday mornings.
