This beautiful property with a swimming pool is located in Ladenci, just 3.5 km from the charming old town of Labin and only 6.5 km from the lovely beaches of Rabac.

The holiday house, situated on the first floor of the building, offers 74 m² of living space and can accommodate up to seven people.

First floor:
The guest occupies the entire upper floor with a private entrance, providing a total of 74 m² of space for a family or a medium-sized group of up to 7 people. The friendly landlord couple lives independently on the lower floor with their own entrance.

The entire house is air-conditioned and features an open living room and kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom includes a large bed for two people, and the other bedroom has another double bed for two people along with a single bed. The pull-out sofa in the living room can accommodate two more people. The living room also has a spacious dining table with ample room for everyone, and a well-equipped kitchen is also provided. The 7 m² bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

Outdoor area:
The garden outside is very harmonious and invites you to relax. A pool exclusively for the guests' use allows for regular cooling off and ensures privacy.

Location:
For those who enjoy excursions, nearby natural parks and beaches offer some variety and can be reached within a 20-minute drive. Shopping options such as Spar and Lidl can be reached on foot within 10-15 minutes, allowing you to stock up on everything you need, just like you do at home.
