Welcome to our quiet and relaxing home – the perfect retreat to unwind. You have the entire upper floor at your disposal, with a private entrance and a total of 74m², offering space for a family or a medium-sized group of up to 7 people. The friendly landlord couple lives independently on the lower floor with their own entrance, so your privacy is always ensured. The entire house is fully air-conditioned and includes an open living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, the second bedroom also has a double bed as well as a single bed. The pull-out sofa in the living room offers space for two additional guests. The spacious dining table in the living room invites you to eat together, and of course, a well-equipped kitchen is also not missing. The 7m² bathroom is practical with a shower and toilet.

Outside in the garden, a harmonious atmosphere awaits you, inviting you to linger. The private pool, intended exclusively for your use, offers a great opportunity to cool off on warm days.

For all those who enjoy excursions, there are nature parks and beaches nearby that can be reached in just 20 minutes by car. Shopping options such as Spar and Lidl are also within just a 10-15 minute walk, so you can stock up on everything you need.
