This stylish villa in Kapelica near Labin offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. With space for up to 8 people and a generous living area of approx. 150 m², it combines comfort, privacy, and an excellent location near the sea and the city.

The villa features 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms. Three bedrooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, TV, as well as large windows and direct access to the pool. The fourth bedroom with two single beds uses a separate bathroom, which additionally features a washing machine. Thanks to the layout with several bathrooms, all guests enjoy a high level of privacy – ideal for families, friends traveling together, or trips with adult children. The spacious, light-flooded living area impresses with its open design and blends harmoniously with the fully equipped kitchen. Large windows provide a bright, friendly atmosphere and a pleasant living experience. Naturally, this area is also air-conditioned.

The outdoor area invites you to linger: on the approximately 1,600 m² plot you will find a private pool (36 m²), sun loungers, and ample space to relax. The barbecue area with outdoor dining space provides the perfect setting for sociable evenings under the open sky.

The villa is quietly situated in Kapelica near Labin and at the same time offers excellent connections. The center of Labin with numerous restaurants, cafés, and shopping opportunities can be reached in just a few minutes by car.

The popular beaches of Rabac, known for their crystal-clear water, are only about 10–15 minutes away and invite you to relaxing days by the sea. The picturesque old town of Labin as well as numerous excursion and leisure opportunities are also in the immediate vicinity.
