Located outside the city, this apartment is a rental property for 6 -8 people. With its own private large 24 m² swimming pool and fantastic outdoor seating.

The apartment has 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living area has a pull out sofa bed where another 2 people can be accommodated. The living room is decorated in classic Croatian style and has a high quality real wood floor. From the living room you can directly access the very well equipped solid wood kitchen with a large dining table and enough space for cooking.

Directly at the entrance of the apartment is a beautiful romantic outdoor terrace from which you have a wonderful view into the well-kept and lovingly landscaped garden.

The spacious 24 m² outdoor pool with sun loungers and parasols is of course available for your exclusive use.

The warm summer evenings you enjoy ideally with your loved ones at a homemade BBQ at the specially provided barbecue area on the property.

This accommodation offers a lot of charm, a quiet yet central location outside the city center. In just 5 minutes by car you will find numerous shopping centers, restaurants and bars. The popular and very famous beach of Rabac is only 6 km away.

Please note that for organizational reasons check-in can take place from 16:00 at the earliest.
