Enjoy the unforgettable view over the mountains of the Hochharz from the balcony of "your" comfortable flat "Traumblick" from the 11th floor of the Panoramic and let your soul dangle
In October 2010 the flat was completely renovated and newly furnished.
It was awarded 4**** by the German Tourism Association Braunlage on 09. 02. 2011. However, this classification was not extended due to the associated costs. The flat is modern and comfortably furnished. It impresses with its clarity and light colours.
The very quiet bedroom with a double bed (single mattress 160 x 200 cm) has various cupboards and shelves for the wardrobe. In the bright quiet/retreat or 2nd bedroom with 2nd TV set and various cupboards, 2 persons or the children can spend the night (160 x 200 cm). If required, two more people can use the sofa bed in the large living room as a bed (140 x 200 cm)
The high-quality and modern kitchenette offers all comfort in a small space, ideal for a small holiday kitchen. Microwave, oven and dishwasher are indispensable helpers in the kitchen, allowing for more holiday leisure time. The bathroom convinces with its high-quality and modern fittings. The balcony invites you to linger and sunbathe until the romantic sunset. Please note that we only rent to non-smokers. Smoking is also not allowed on the balcony.
Internet access is available in the reception area and in the flat!

Location and surroundings of object
The comfort flat is located on the 11th floor of the "Panoramic" at Kurpark 3 in Hohegeiss. Especially due to the exposed location on one of the top floors of the building, our guests have an incomparable view over the mountains of the Hochharz. From here they can watch the game from the balcony with a glass of wine!
Hohegeiß is a quiet and romantic, almost dreamy place.
Here you can forget your everyday life through the incomparable flora/fauna and enjoy the sight of the heights.
The Hochharz inspires with its unmistakable natural beauty and offers attractions for younger and more mature holidaymakers at all times of the year. The resort is very child-friendly and offers variety and entertainment for children.
Excursions to the surrounding area, e.g. Goslar, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg or a trip to the Wurmberg or the Brocken, etc., make the holiday an experience. The gastronomic offer in this holiday region is varied.
As the Harz is also an Eldorado for bikers, they are also very welcome in our holiday home. The owner is also an enthusiastic motorcyclist
During holiday periods: Mini disco for our little guests: (30 min. dancing in the lobby with a small sweet reward at the end), making autumn decorations, panoramic quiz, For the grown-ups: Swimming pool, giant chess, typhoon game board

The entire flat has laminate flooring and is therefore suitable for allergy sufferers. Only particularly sensitive allergy sufferers might react to the small carpet in the living room or the upholstered furniture.

Using the lifts should not be a problem as the high-touch surfaces are regularly disinfected. Nevertheless, it is recommended to disinfect your hands immediately after using the lifts for your own safety.

One feels right at home.
The equipment has everything. The indoor pool is in the panoramic building. It is a large swimming pool, it is 22 meters long. Beautiful things to see in the surroundings. Simply great.

We felt very comfortable in the lovingly furnished flat and all of us (2 adults and 3 children) had enough space - ideal : )

My name is Martin Weber. Born in the beautiful Sauerland in 1954, I love the mountains more than the flatlands. I learned to ski near my parents' house in the winters that could still be called "winter" In 2015, I found this beautiful apartment in the Harz mountains and immediately fell in love with the wonderful view from the balcony of the flat. Even as a pensioner, I will (hopefully) still be skiing, and the Harz mountains - like the Sauerland - offer plenty of opportunities for that But motorcycling, which I only learned when I was almost 60 and have enjoyed ever since, is also a lot of fun here in the Harz. It was precisely through motorbike rides that I was able to get to know many "secret" corners of the Harz before I became a landlord. So I hope that bikers will also feel at home in my apartment from time to time.
