The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, was renovated in 2018 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is popular also because of the sea view from the grounds and its sunny hillside location. The following are available for use: barbecue facilities and a terrace.

Rabac. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday apartments KVA RAC 264, 266 and 267 (each for 7 persons), KVA RAC 265 (12 persons) and KVA RAC 269 (5 persons) are located in the same house Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 5 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 12.00/pet per day.

Shopping 300 m, restaurant 300 m, town centre 350 m. Rabac: disco 1000 m and sauna 800 m. In summer: Adriatic 350 m in Rabac (beach 350 m in Rabac with pebbles and rocks). Rabac: diving, boat rental each 350 m. Boat mooring 500 m and tennis, mini-golf each 800 m. Nudist beach 1000 m.

Kitchen with TV, dining area (4 seats), gas hob (2 burners), electric hob (2 rings), fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Living room (walk-through room) with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, seating area, TV, air conditioning and dining area.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: internet access, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, Bed linen (weekly change), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay.
