The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house. The domicile is also popular because of the hillside location. For common use are available: grill possibility.

Rabac. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday apartment KVA RAC 264 and 267 (each for 7 persons), KVA RAC 265 (12 persons) and KVA RAC 268 and 269 (each for 5 persons) are located in the same building. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 5 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.

The entrance in your holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor and leads directly in the hallway with wardrobe. Eat-in kitchen with TV, dining area, access to the balcony (10 sqm, garden furniture) and sea view. 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with gas stove (2 flames), electric stove (2 plates), extractor hood, fridge (icebox), coffee machine and electric kettle. 3 bathrooms each with shower, 1 sink and WC.
Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: internet access, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, Bed linen (weekly change), Wireless Internet access.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: registration fee 5 € per person per stay. local tax by local tariff. On request: air conditioning 8 € per object per day.

The accommodation was great!
Super nice bathrooms and bedrooms are also in top condition!
Only in the eat-in kitchen where the television is hanging is a couch that somehow needs to be conjured up.
If you sit on a hard wooden chair for a fortnight in the evenings, your back hurts after four days at the latest.
But we would book there again anytime.
