The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, renovated in 2018 and is modern furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the sunny hillside location. For common use are available: grill possibility.
Location
Rabac. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday Flats KVA RAC 264, 266 and 267 (each for 7 persons), KVA RAC 265 (12 persons) and KVA RAC 269 (5 persons) are located in the same building. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 5 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.

Bathroom with shower, 1 sink and WC.

Included in the price: internet access, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, Bed linen (weekly change), Wireless Internet access.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: registration fee 5 € per person per stay. local tax by local tariff. On request: air conditioning 8 € per object per day.

It was a very nice holiday. Our accommodation was great, it was centrally located. Is highly recommended !!! Always happy! Since taking the 1200km very happy to accept it because you will be rewarded with this beautiful "piece of land" 1200 times
