The holiday flats are equipped as follows:
1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.
The large, bright living/bedroom has satellite TV, a comfortable double sofa bed for up to 2 people and a separate dining area.
The kitchenette is equipped with:
Dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, electric cooker with oven and hoover.
There is a shower with WC, washing machine, balcony or terrace.
In the complex of Residenz Haffblick you will find:
Coin-operated washing machine and dryer on each floor
Outside parking space
Lockable bicycle shed
Sauna, steam sauna and heat infrared cabin - for a fee (currently closed due to Corona hygiene regulations)
Dogs are welcome in selected holiday flats.

The Residenz Haffblick are 4 flat houses, which are situated in the centre of Boltenhagen, in a quiet location between the Ostseeallee and the well-known Haffwiesen.
In just a few minutes' walk you can reach shops, restaurants, cafés, the spa gardens and the Kurhaus.
The beach is only about 200 m away. You walk past romantic houses and the spa gardens, as well as the spa house, and you are immediately on the white sandy beach and the beautiful Baltic Sea. If you look to the left, you will see the impressive cliffs and to your right the expansive sea.
The H&P rental office is at your disposal in the Residenz Seestern as a central contact point. There you will be welcomed on arrival and the friendly support team will be your contact during your stay.

Gelingt dies jedoch nicht, haben Sie eine angemessene Entschädigung (Rücktrittsgebühren) zu entrichten. Bis 10 Tage nach Erhalt der Bestätigung kostenlos, bis 45 Tage vor Mietbeginn 20 % der Gesamtmiete, ab 44 Tage vor Mietbeginn 50 % der Gesamtmiete und ab 21 Tage vor Mietbeginn 80 % der Gesamtmiete. Corona Reisbeschränkungen Bei den von uns zu vermittelnden Objekten von H&P Touristik buchen Sie Ihren nächsten Urlaub vollkommen risikolos. Sollte es erneut zu Beschränkungen kommen, so dass auch Ihr wohlverdienter Urlaub betroffen ist, stornieren wir Ihre Reise natürlich kostenfrei und unbürokratisch. Sie brauchen Ihrem Geld bei uns nicht lang hinterlaufen, denn auch in der Rückabwicklung sind wir mittleiweile sehr erfahren. Sie können sich auch in diesen Zeiten auf uns verlassen! Wenn Sie zusätzlich auf Nummer sicher gehen wollen, bieten wir Ihnen den verbesserten Reiserücktritt (4 % vom Mietpreis) an – dieser tritt u.a. bei behördlich verhängten Quarantäneaufenthalten in Kraft - sodass Sie auch hier hohe Kosten bei einer möglichen Stornierung, aufgrund von Quarantäne, vermeiden können.
