Would you like to spend your holiday in a newly renovated holiday flat in a secluded location on the Achterwasser on the island of Usedom? Then you have come to the right place. We offer you our holiday flat in Lütow, on the Gnitz nature reserve, to relax and unwind. You are also welcome to bring your dog. Cleaning is included, as is a parking space. Bed linen and towels are not available, but can be provided for an extra charge. You have a separate entrance to the accommodation, an American living room with modern furniture, TV and cosy sofa bed incl. kitchenette and dining table, as well as a bedroom with wardrobe, sofa bed and box spring bed, and a bathroom with toilet, shower, washbasin and hairdryer. From the living/dining room you can access the terrace, with terrace furniture, deck chairs for relaxing and a gas barbecue. The property is partially enclosed. Hiking and cycling tours can be started perfectly from here. You can swim at the Achterwasser, go fishing, stand-up paddleboarding, surfing and of course explore the beautiful, secluded area. There is a bicycle rental nearby, as well as shopping facilities and a restaurant on the nearby camping site. The Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz is about 7 km away, where you can go shopping, relax in cafés or swim in the sea. So...the holiday can begin

The holiday flat is located on the island of Usedom in Lütow, Gnitzer Weg 12, close to the Achterwasser and the Gnitz nature reserve. Not far from the Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz . The nearest railway station is in Zinnowitz. If you are coming via the A 20 motorway, you can reach us via the Gützkow exit in the direction of the island of Usedom.
