Welcome to the Strandlodge holiday flat in Haus Seestern in Norddeich.
Look forward to a relaxing holiday and unwind in this holiday flat furnished with great attention to detail.
It is accessible via a separate entrance on the upper floor.
There is an open-plan kitchen/living room area with a modern fitted kitchen and access to the covered balcony facing south-west.
The holiday flat offers a cosy bedroom with double bed (180*200cm), as well as a bathroom with shower and has a living area of 46 square metres.
Bicycles are available for free use in the separate storage room. Use of the bicycles at your own risk.
The complex also has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer for a coin fee.

The North Sea spa resort of Norddeich is worth a visit at any time of year and promises pure rest and relaxation.
Here you can take a deep breath and forget everyday life.
Experience the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea up close and stay in a coastal town with maritime flair and history.
The holiday flat is only a few minutes' walk from the new dyke promenade, the new beach playground with oversized play equipment, the new salt marsh landscape, the sand and green beach, the kite meadow, the observation tower and the Haus des Gastes with beer garden.
The Seekurgarten, the Wellenpark with adventure golf, maze, playhouse, seal breeding and research station, the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool with sauna and spa area and the tourism service are all in the immediate vicinity.
Restaurants, ice cream parlours, bakeries, cafés, gift and souvenir shops and boutiques are all within easy walking distance. A grocery supermarket is 1 km away.
The Norddeich surf school on Grünstrand offers surfing, kiting and stand-up paddling.
Guided mudflat walks are also offered almost daily.
From the ferry harbour you can take boat trips with the Frisia fleet, e.g. to Norderney, Juist and Helgoland.
Even more variety is provided by visits to museums or excursions to the surrounding area, for example to the Waloseum, to Park Lütetsburg and to Greetsiel.

Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance. If the tenant is unable to arrive, the landlord will immediately, upon receipt of the cancellation notice, attempt to rent out the holiday apartment to someone else. However, if the apartment cannot be rented out or can only be partially rented out, the following cancellation fees must be paid by the tenant: For cancellations up to 60 days before the planned start of the rental period, a processing fee of €50 will be charged. For cancellations 59-30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental value will be charged. From the 29th day before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental price will be charged. In the event that the landlord is able to re-rent the apartment for the entire period, or if the tenant provides a suitable replacement tenant for the entire period, the tenant will pay a processing fee of €50.

Very nice apartment and lovely landlords?
We had a very nice stay (1 week in September '25) here in Norddeich. The beautiful apartment and the super nice landlord couple Epstein also contributed to that. We felt very comfortable, and we had constant contact, so we never felt alone just in case. We also really liked the Norddeich area. We were able to do some nice activities. Norddeich is definitely worth a trip. At this point, my husband and I would like to sincerely thank you once again ❤️, also for the private bicycles, ? ? that the landlords provided for us.

Very relaxing
The apartment is very well located and you can really relax here. The apartment is truly well equipped; everything you need is available.
Our recommendations: the Frisian ice cream at the end of the coast, and if you like fish, there's a small fisherman's house at the harbor called De Beer, a bit hidden, top fresh and not too expensive.

Very positive!
Very nice apartment! Very quiet and yet central! Everything you need is there! Very nice contact with the landlady! The only very small drawback is the internet. It is not well suited for searching for activities or ordering food. We would come back anytime!

Great vacation rental
For our short holiday we found everything we needed. The apartment is very well-equipped and is located very close to the dyke, where you can go for great walks. The contact was very friendly and we would definitely book again.
