Dear Rügen lover,
The Ostseestern holiday home is a spacious, single-storey holiday home in Scandinavian style with light-flooded rooms.
The house was renovated in 2021/2022, kitchen, furniture, heating, tiles and room doors were renewed.
The large property allows you to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the nature reserve "Pommersche Boddenlandschaft"
near the Wittower ferry. There is plenty of peace and quiet and pure relaxation at Ostseestern.
But it is also an ideal starting point for a stress-free exploration of the island of Rügen by bike.

Cancellation terms:
The lease becomes valid upon receipt of the deposit into the landlord's account. A 30% deposit is due within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation. 70% of the remaining payment is due 30 days before arrival. If payment deadlines are not met, the landlord may withdraw from the contract. Non-payment is considered a withdrawal and entitles the landlord to re-rent the property. Utility costs for water, energy, and garbage are not charged. Withdrawal: You can withdraw from the contract at any time. In the event of a withdrawal, you are obliged to pay cancellation fees. The withdrawal must be made in writing, with the date of receipt of your withdrawal notice being conclusive. Cancellation fees as of 2023: Up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the accommodation costs. Up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the accommodation costs. Up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the accommodation costs. Up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the accommodation costs. Less than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the accommodation costs. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
