Description

The flat Luna is located in the heart of Cannobio, about 3 km behind the Swiss border. The famous Swiss noble town of Ascona is about 8 km away.
The flat is in a fully renovated villa directly on the lake, on the lakeside promenade, with a magnificent view of the lake and the mountains on the opposite side.
It is the second flat that will be rented to holiday guests -for the first time from 2023- the other 2 will be used privately. The neighbouring flat can also be rented if you need more space - there is a connecting door!!!
It is very quiet, although you are in the centre of the small fishing village.
The public beach can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes, the jetty, harbour, bicycle rental and countless restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops are within 800 metres.
A private, free underground car park is located about 500 metres away, for unloading you can park directly in front of the house.
The flat is equipped as follows:

Large bright living room with access to the balcony,( a table and chairs invite you to lounge) sofa bed, TV, dining area and open kitchen.

Bedroom with bed, wardrobe and bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and washing machine.
The entire flat has been lovingly renovated with high quality flooring and furniture, the 200 year old charm of the house has been preserved in details
It is a wonderful place to relax, do something or both. If you don't want to drive to the valleys, or to the outlets of Alessi and Co, or pay a visit to Milan, you can really leave the car in the garage for your holiday!!!

Dream Lake View

We had a wonderful time in this apartment with a dreamlike view of the lake. Uncomplicated, problem-free handling on-site, totally top. The equipment in the kitchen could be improved, e.g., with a soup ladle, whisk, extension cord that also fits, e.g., for the microwave. The comforters are 220 long, which is also good to know if you bring your own bedding. If you want to lie a bit "harder," the sofa bed is better because the double bed has very soft mattresses... you roll into the middle... Otherwise, very great modern furnishings and super apartment.

The apartment is beautiful and the location is perfect. Unfortunately, there was a construction site next door, which somewhat affected the peace.

Apartment on the beach promenade

We have now been in the Luna vacation apartment for the second time, also know the other apartment, and feel very comfortable with this wonderful view of the lake! The furnishings are simple, but clean and absolutely fine! The price is right for that! Of course, you can occasionally hear noises through the connecting door, but only if you are sitting or standing right in front of it. During the day, you are usually out and about anyway, and in the evenings, we like to have the doors open and listen to the sounds on the promenade! Mrs. Ackermann-Rottwinkel has always advised us well in advance, supported us, and provided us with helpful information.

super nice relaxing holiday in a dreamlike location

Hello,
We (family with a dog) had a super nice vacation for two weeks at Lago in this really highly recommended apartment. The location is so central, basically out of the house and into the hustle and bustle of the promenade... The apartment is of high quality, upscale, and super clean... Dear Eleonora immediately responded when we had a request, so sweet! Of course, we couldn't check out all of Mrs. Ackermann's tips, but they are indeed very helpful and recommended. The nice, cozy restaurant with the very kind chef right below the apartment is already recommended, delicious... We could describe many... great experiences, but then we would probably never finish, so just go and enjoy - you won't regret it!

One more tip: Since you can't drive directly to the apartment for unloading, please be careful when parking in front of the church (150m away) because of parking tickets!!! It's technically a strict no-parking zone, but they told us we could park here for unloading, but it is ABSOLUTELY necessary to turn on the hazard lights, otherwise you'll end up like us: with a parking ticket and having to pay 62€, no chance!;)

But it doesn't matter, the apartment - the place... makes up for it quickly!;)

Have fun to all who choose this beautiful place in this great apartment as a vacation destination.

The apartment is located in Cannobio. It has a beautiful lake view, is newly furnished and has a parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave and dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and the

... directly on the promenade with a view of Lake Maggiore.
The Luna apartment has been completely renovated.
A important underground parking space near the apartment is included in the rental.

The landlady also provides useful and beautiful information about restaurants and excursion destinations.

Once again, we felt very comfortable.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location.

We spent a very nice week in the Luna apartment with three people. The location directly on the waterfront promenade is a dream. When the child slept in the evening, we were still able to sit on the balcony above the waterfront promenade with a view of Lake Como and enjoy the view and atmosphere. One small drawback is the somewhat remote parking lot, about an 8-minute walk away. On the other hand, you live in a beautiful Italian alley without car traffic. Thanks to the great location, you can easily do your shopping on foot. And for a short time, you can also park the car close to the apartment for loading and unloading. The soundproofing to the neighboring apartment was not a problem for us, as the neighbors were very quiet. The soundproofing only affects the living/dining room, not the bedroom. Our daughter slept on the sofa bed in the living room, everything went smoothly. We can recommend the apartment and would take it again.

Great location and very beautiful, clean holiday apartment.

We were four and stayed for 4 days in the Luna holiday apartment and everything went really well. From the directions, key handover, payment and checkout, everything was perfect. We will definitely book this great centrally located accommodation again next year ;-)

Great cinema!

A really beautiful and fully equipped apartment in the front row, meaning that from the balcony, kitchen, living room, and even from the bed in the bedroom, you have the most wonderful view of the lake and the mountains. It's a dream! Breakfast on the balcony in the rising sun and romantic dinners up there with a view of the promenade included. The time in Cannobio was just wonderful, the landlord has really good tips for cultural and taste experiences and the Italians I met here are just incredibly friendly, helpful and cheerful. I would love to come back!

Gladly again

We spent a week in this beautiful flat Luna at the end of March, super location on the beach promenade, wonderful view of the lake. The flat is spacious and furnished to a high standard, e.g. beautiful leather folding armchairs in the living room, which you rarely find in holiday flats. We felt very comfortable here. The only point of criticism is the brightly sounding connecting door to the adjoining flat Georgia. This could easily be remedied with door insulation.
Cannobio is a good location for trips to the lake or the valleys and mountains. Many thanks to Mrs. Ackermann for the numerous tips and the uncomplicated booking process.

We will be happy to come again.
