The house has 2 double bedrooms with box spring beds. 2 bathrooms, one bathroom with bathtub. 1 separate toilet and a sauna for 4 persons. The living room, dining room and kitchen are combined in one large room. The living room is equipped with a Full HD TV. These rooms are all very comfortable and individually furnished. 1 bathroom and the bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. Both bedrooms are equipped with Full HD TVs.
Guests have access to a large terrace with dining table and chairs, four sun loungers and a lunge corner. Furthermore, the house has another terrace, accessible from the kitchen. Here the guests have another dining table with chairs at their disposal. There are two parking spaces in front of the house. It is about 700 m from the holiday home to the beach. The house is individually furnished and equipped with exclusive furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a combi oven, cutlery and crockery are sufficiently available. Of course, there is a dishwasher.

The house is located in the Duynzicht resort in Julianadorp aan Zee. This resort is located directly on the dunes, from there it is about 700m to the beach.

Reist der Gast, aus welchen Gründen auch immer, vorzeitig ab, muss er für die nicht in Anspruch genommenen Übernachtungen 100% des Übernachtungspreises bezahlen.

Since I can't always be there, I have decided to rent out my house to lovely guests.
