Description

Look forward to your holiday in the Kranichblick holiday home. Divided into 2 house halves - happiness and freedom (each approx. 75m²), the house offers space for a total of 10 people (plus small children).

In both halves of the house - "Freiheit" on the left and "Glück" on the right - a bright, large living area with open kitchen and a wide view over the fields awaits you. The kitchen is of course equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher as well as a large fridge-freezer and other comforts, so that you can spend relaxed meals at the large dining table.

A fireplace provides cosy warmth on cold days. From the living area you can access the terrace and the large garden.
The smart TV receives satellite TV, and the Bluetooth sound bar is available for radio and music.
In addition to the shower room with WC on the ground floor, there is another bathroom with shower and WC on the upper floor. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms for 2 persons each and the possibility for a toddler bed
Each half of the house has 2 parking spaces and a washing machine.
There are 8 bicycles available for use in both halves of the house. You can get an impression of these at Ferien-Kranichblick.de.

The Kranichblick holiday home is located in the small, quiet village of Groß Schwansee in northwest Mecklenburg. A short walk of about 900m takes you through the pretty village and across the field to the natural beach.
Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the sea air, cycle or walk along the coastal path - perhaps even cycle to Travemünde or Boltenhagen.
There are many places to visit: the beautiful Hanseatic cities of Lübeck and Wismar are within easy reach (40 km each), and there are many manor houses and churches to explore in the surrounding countryside. And depending on the season, you can enjoy the view of bright rape fields, poppies and cornflowers and simply the relaxing expanse of the large fields.

And you will encounter cranes, pheasants and deer not only on the excursions, but now and then also in the field behind the house.

Cancellation terms:

If you are forced to cancel your stay at Kranichblick and need to cancel your reservation, we will, of course, attempt to re-rent the apartment. If we are unable to completely succeed, the following cancellation terms apply: - Free cancellation up to 6 months before the start of the trip - 50% of the agreed rental rate if cancelled 6 to 2 months before the start of the trip - 75% of the agreed rental rate if cancelled 2 months to 14 days before the start of the trip - 90% of the agreed rental rate if cancelled 14 days before the start of the trip. In each case, a processing fee of €40.00 will be charged.
