Directly on the water, quietly situated at the end of a small cul-de-sac, lies this dreamlike property under thatch. As stylish as it looks from the outside, the interior is modern and of high quality. Large living room with open kitchen on the ground floor. Two beautiful bedrooms and a modern bathroom in the attic. The house has a large plot of land that stretches all the way to the water.

Location and surroundings of object
Silmenitz is located in the south of the island of Rügen, away from the tourist hustle and bustle on the Bodden coast. The RügenRundtour, the cycle path around the island, passes through the village. There are restaurants in nearby Garz or the harbour in Puddemin. You can swim after a short drive on Zudar or on the beach at Altkamp or in the island's bathing resorts. There is a small jetty right next to the house and an infinite amount of nature, space, tranquillity and coastline.

Cancellation terms:
If the tenant cancels the agreement, the following cancellation fees will apply, but not less than 50€: from the signing of the contract until 43 days before the start of the rental 15% of the rental price, from that day: 50% of the rental price, from the 27th day or in case of no-show or cancellation after the start of the rental 80% of the rental price, unless the tenant can prove that no damage has occurred or is significantly lower than the aforementioned fixed amounts. In the event of government travel restrictions, we offer free rebooking options. In the case of cancellation, the tenant will pay a reduced cancellation fee of 10% of the rental price + VAT (at least 50€), provided they could have been aware of the risk in advance. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Great accommodation in absolute peace.
We spent a wonderful week with our Jack Russell in this house. The furnishings of the holiday home are super nice and clean and have everything you need for a vacation in a holiday home by the sea. Our dog particularly enjoyed playing on the large lawn right by the water. And for us, the very quiet location was a true relaxation.
We would love to come back!!!

An unforgettable stay
My girlfriend and I stayed in the house Silmenitz 1a over the turn of the year. Everything was very nicely decorated and we were even welcomed with a bottle of wine and a card on the dining table wishing us a pleasant stay. The furnishings are stylish, the technical equipment (from the brand-name coffee machine to the Loewe TV) is of high quality, and nothing else is left to be desired. Everything has been done to make the guest's stay as pleasant as possible
What was not quite clear to us before our arrival: The second half of the house is also rented out (Silmenitz 1B). So if necessary, you share the house with other residents
My girlfriend and I had a very nice time and would love to come again! But maybe once in summer, when the weather is a bit better for using the bicycles and the rowing boat. :)
Conclusion: unconditionally recommended!

Whow! We would always like to live there.
What is not liked about this house is only that one has to move out again at the end of the vacation. The furnishings are complete and well-maintained. Location and ambiance are first class, the pictures from the advertisement are accurate. You have to drive a bit to go swimming. But since we are not beach bums, we booked this dream vacation home again. With our second stay, we were able to almost complete the sightseeing program of Rügen: we will come for a third time.

Just let your soul unwind.
We were able to relax for the second time in this beautiful house. With this nature and tranquility, you can wonderfully relax your soul. We explored the island and enjoyed the sunny hours. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.
